Good hotel with amazing staff that always good good service. If I was to visit Lombok again I would definitely stay at the Pullman Thank you to Nisa from the restaurant who was amazing and also Kabul from reception

Riswanda and jean Salman are really helpful and nice they helped a lot made us play with archery teaches us how to in the begining

Stayed for 3 nights, found a RAT in our room on the last night !

Dear Zameer P, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret the discomfort caused by the incident you described and understand how concerning this must have been. Please allow us to clarify that immediately after your report, our management team responded and conducted a thorough inspection of the room together with our professional pest control partner. Following this inspection, no rat or signs of infestation were found in the room or surrounding areas. Nevertheless, additional preventive measures were implemented as part of our commitment to guest safety and comfort. We would also like to note that this matter was raised a few hours prior to your departure after a three-night stay. While we truly empathize with your experience, we regret that we were unable to accommodate the request for a full refund, as the stay was largely completed and no evidence of infestation was identified after investigation. At Pullman Lombok, we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and situations such as this are taken very seriously. Your feedback has been shared with our team to ensure continued vigilance and improvement. We truly appreciate your stay with us and hope we may have the opportunity to restore your confidence and welcome you back for a more seamless experience in the future. Incredible experience! All the staff were great but special shout out or Zomi for going above and beyond. He learned my favorite drinks and breakfast and delivered every morning with a smile. Indonesian 5 star doesn’t usually mean western 5 star but I feel Pullman did a wonderful job ensuring high end services were met!
