バスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオル、水のセットが揃った日が皆無でした。毎回電話でリクエストする必要がありました。 極め付けは、ベッド横のテーブルの下に吸い殻が落ちていたことです。 私たちは喫煙者ではないので、非常に不快でした。

The inconvenience of having to repeatedly request towels and the unsettling discovery of a cigarette butt in your non-smoking room is far from the experience we aim to provide. These lapses in cleanliness and attention to detail are being taken very seriously, and we will be implementing stricter protocols to ensure that such issues do not occur again. We’re pleased that aspects such as your check-in, accommodation, WiFi, and breakfast met your expectations, and we're glad you found these services satisfactory. Moreover, we apologize for the lack of recognition of your ALL membership benefits, which are an essential part of the value we offer to our loyal guests.
