Great Hotel, We have spent nearly three long wonderful weeks at Pullman Lombok Hotel. Great service from top to bottom. Extremely friendly helpful staff, always available if you need something. Many thanks to everyone who made our stay very welcoming making feel as we are at home. Thank you so much to all restaurant staff (Kabul), housekeepers, pool staff and to everyone keeping this place welcoming. Hopefully we will back again soon. Guest who loves Pavlova meringues

The best hotel in lombok, specialy food and beverage , staff very friendly and profesional , we will be back as soon for the next , my friend fell enjoy to pullman the pizza , caesar salad, pullman coller was deliceous with beatiuful sunset 🩷🩷🩷

Comfortable beds and rooms. Wonderful service. Excellent dining at Aer & in room. We had lovely excursions to the waterfalls and Sade village with our driver, contractor through the hotel. Excellent views from the lobby & our balcony. Fun guest experience of archery, though the arrows needed replacing. Sgara seafood restaurant was delicious though seemed disorganized as I saw my tuna being plated about 10 minutes before I received my dish. There it sat under the heat lamp. Us two were the only guests until another couple showed up. The seafood soup was very good. The wine was excellent. Low occupancy of the hotel in November and we had an excellent value for our stay.

We had a great stay at Pullman. The scenery is very beautiful especially from the beach. The staffs are all very friendly, helpful & attentive to our needs. The breakfast were superb with variety of choices with asian & western food..and we were spoiled at the desserts corner too! My family & I enjoyed archering so much..the staff, Mr Taweng helped us alot..guiding us on how to archery the right way as it's our first time. Apart from that, he also adviced us on what other activities that we could do in Lombok. As a hotel guest we truly appreciate his kind thoughts & recommendations.

Sunset Walk, beautiful scenery

Went for the daily walk for a great view of the sunset. Our guide for the day, Harris, was very helpful and chirpy throughout the whole journey. He showed us the good spots for photos and also looked out for our safety during the short session. Really enjoyed it!
