This review was hard to write. I’ve waited a week to reflect on what to say. The staff at this resort are incredible. They go out of their way to make you happy and do anything possible to make your stay comfortable. However there is a major water issue throughout this resort. Cons: Although we booked through Expedia this was a more expensive hotel for Indonesia. It is listed as a 5 star. It is not. You can see the leaks in the hallways, ceilings, and smell the mold. They are working on the issues but it is huge. If you walk through the building you will see ceiling missing in places. We were here 5 days and day 3 a water leak started in our ceiling in our bathroom. The mold is in the shower and behind the sink. I did speak to the manager and he was gracious. Offered to change rooms but what was the point. It’s through out the building. He sent us beautiful desserts. This was honestly out of his control. The owner needs to sink money into this. Pros: Staff is amazing. Beautiful pool. The view from the lobby is spectacular. There is a free shuttle multiple times a day to take you into town. Staff is more than happy to do this. You are able to rent scooters or cars directly at hotel. The women there is so helpful and has great suggestions. The breakfast had many options. A huge buffet. I wanted to be able to recommend this hotel because if the staff but simply can not. Do not stay here until the fix their water issues. You will regret it. It is not worth the money

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time; a marked improvement over my stay during their "soft opening" a few years ago. The management and front desk staff set the happy tone for my entire stay. I am still perplexed by some of the design and layout choices of the buildings (for example, pool access from the lobby is through the restaurant), but the staff and gorgeous location more than make up for it. This Pullman location is now my go-to choice for business trips to Southern Lombok.

Positive: - Friendly staff. - Large clean rooms. - Food very good in the restaurant (which is fortunate as there are few options in the local area). Negative: - Expensive. At least 30% more expensive than anywhere else we stayed in Bali/Lombok. - A happy hour that is bordering on unethical. When offered 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour (4:00pm - 7:00pm), what we were not informed is that the those drinks are ordered from an entirely different menu which is not available when you scan the QR code at each table. A beer which is normally 65k will now cost 120k on the "Happy Hour Menu". Pure greed. - The hotel is falling apart. There are leaks everywhere due to shoddy plumbing, including in the rooms, every hallway we walked through and in the restaurant. Any enclosed spaces smell like damp. I can't see how this is considered a five star hotel.

Thank you Pullman Lombok for a very memorable and warm 3-night stay. Our family and I would like to express our gratitude, especially to Mas Elang who, from the check-in process to the check-out process, was very helpful, always smile and very responsive to customer requests. Thank you also to Mas Taweng who accompanied our family for the sunset activity. We stayed for 2 nights in the deluxe suite and garden villa. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable,and the furniture in the room was modern. The breakfast was delicious and varied, there was a kids corner in the restaurant. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained. The massage service at the spa was also very good. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience during our stay in Pullman lombok.

First time in Lombok and we choose Pullman to stay.. We have a great stay there.. Really enjoy the room, pool, resto and beach.. Great service too from all the staff.. The food taste also really delicious!
