The hotel property is excellent and beach location wonderful. The staff (at the Cafe) are really wonderful. A big shout out to outstanding staff (1) Ms Retam and (2) Mr Heri -- both staff are excellent, attentive, particular and very hospitable. Amazing service. This 5 star Hotel is excellent with great staff. Thank you Pullman and Ms Retam and Mr Heri. Keep us the great work.

Agus and taweng the recreation attendant did an amazing job during our stay here, they made sure we had the best time at the pool and beach. Everything was well taken care off, the food and service top

Wow! What an amazing stay we had at the Pullman Mandalika! We stayed for 5 days but we were so relaxed by the end we felt like we’d been away for weeks! The view from the lobby, pool and room balconies is breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and had lots of nice touches. And most of all, the staff were absolutely incredible. Friendly, warm, generous with time and recommendations. They really made our visit the best. So many of the staff left a positive impression - from Gigih who helped us with our bags and gave us excellent recommendations for places to explore, to Roby who always checked we were happy and everything was going as planned, to Inka at reception, Willy, Heri, Gisel and Reza at Aer restaurant, and of course our stay would not have been the same without the laughs and great chats with Hamdi and Satria in the pool bar. Thank you to all the amazing people working at Pullman. We wish you all the best and can’t wait to stay again.

I’ve been all over the world to different places and this every year since more than 40 years. My wife and myself had the idea to visit once again the island of Lombok in Indonesia. We’ve visited already this beautiful place in Indonesia. What a perfect and excellent time we had at this location. Outstanding and initially no words for more than excellent place. The Manager: Mr. Wybert and his team, the Chef Janluca with the entire kitchen team towards all staff from service till bar, reception and room division. What a holiday. Kitchen MUST HAVE a 2**Star nominee for Michelin Guide. I hope this review will arrive towards their ears. See you soon again. A great thank you. Richard & Sandra Lenoir
