Très bonne expérience Nana et Adèle m’ont beaucoup aidée à me sentir bien et je les remercie beaucoup Les restaurants offrent une bonne qualité de repas et le service est très bie. Les chambres sont très bien; la piscine très grande et très agréable.

Albergo aperto da un anno. Vi sono molte famiglie con bambini. Clima perfetto. A causa delle maree non si può fare il bagno e nessuno ci aveva avvertito. Fuori senza auto non vi è nulla, solo il circuito di moto... Le camere sono pulite e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Fra i camerieri Reza e' stato cortese, sorridente e molto bravo. Chiedere di lui. Abbiamo avuto amici ospiti da altro albergo e tutti hanno detto che il servizio era buono e Reza molto simpatico. Il problema è la disorganizzazione. Nel frigo bar vi è solo acqua. Nient'altro...non una coca cola, una aranciata... nulla... Dato che vi è poco da fare a (oltre a una gita alle gili del sud che consiglio di fare) abbiamo deciso di prenotare due massaggi alla reception... Ma poi abbiamo scoperto che non si potevano fare perché era tutto pieno. Ma allora la reception a che serve? Perché al momento della prenotazione dopo aver dato il numero della camera.. non hanno detto che era tutto pieno ? Io giro molto per vacanza e lavoro e mai in nessun 5 stelle mi è capitato questo. Forse l'albergo è rivolto alle famiglie con bambini o a persone del circuito di moto ai quali non interessa la spa. La spa la stanno finendo. Poi il ristorante di pesce non è aperto. Inoltre manca un ufficio che organizza e propone escursioni ai clienti. Noi ci siamo organizzata una gita da soli e ci avrebbe fatto piacere farne altre.

The type of the beach is rocky beach, we also set up the signage close to the beach for our guest reminder. Our second restaurant is still being finalized by the project team, hopefully will be open in a short period. Through our direct website also informed that the restaurant was not operated yet. We had cooperation with local transport and were able to communicate with you personally at the lobby area referring to your plan. Our reception team will be happy to assist you once you request it, as well as the information regarding minibar. On top of all, thank you for taking a fair approach to your review and highlighting the room cleaning quality and the service that Reza has extended during your stay.
