Recently stayed in the family room, unfortunately the room was very small and hot but the staff did provide a fan on request. We are a family of 5 so it was pretty tight and hot. The bathroom was also very small and we could have benefited from a full length mirror and coat hooks. However, the staff at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. The young man helped us source a taxi as all the taxis kept cancelling. The staff were very friendly and we could not fault them. Thank you! I did find one member of the kitchen staff to be quite aburpt when I asked for more bread as I did not speak French. The hotel is very close to the Metro which was great and although it is close to the main roads, it is set back so you do not get the noise from the neighbourhood. The hotel has many amenities close by. We had access to snacks, drinks and water all day and night. I was able to use the microwave to sterilise my baby's bottles without any hassle. All in all, we had a lovely stay but for the future, the hotel should consider bigger rooms for families Including a bigger bathroom and a full length mirror. Place to be for a Cityscape .Very friendly staff, clean modern rooms, good and varied breakfast, good location( just 3-4 min walking from the subway).They have also a cheap parking. The neighbourhood is safe, clean and not noisy at night. We enjoyed.

This hotel was perfect for us. A family of 4. We had two separate rooms in a corner of the fifth floor. The rooms had separate doors but one main door beyond could be closed off so we could leave bedroom doors open - suite style. Rooms basic but lovely… clean… comfy beds… sufficient sockets and the shower rooms were great too. Breakfast was excellent. Typical European breakfast with breads, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, cereals and fruit. Lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. Hot drink machine and water cooler available through the day/night. We enjoyed a hot chocolate when we came in each evening. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us. 2 min walk to metro station. 35 mins into central Paris and 50 mins to Disneyland Paris in the other direction. Between hotel and the metro station there is a small supermarket, a delicious patisserie and a lovely cafe/ restaurant. We also enjoyed the small market there on Tuesday. Would return in a heartbeat.

To be fair, I didn’t really do my research on how far out of the centre of Paris this was, and the area, but if it was nearer then it would cost more money. It is only a few minutes walk from metro no. 9 but the area is not the best. As soon as you exit the metro, there seemed to always be men standing on street corners drinking alcohol from cans, at all times of the day, which was a bit off putting but no one bothered us. There is a McDonalds, some fast food shops and a few bistros nearby. We walked around the back of the hotel to another metro about 15 mins away and within a 5 minute walk the area was more leafy. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very small but manageable. We booked a family suite which consisted of 2 interconnecting rooms and was very secure. Continental breakfast was very good and in the breakfast room you can help yourself to hot drinks, tea and water 24hrs a day. A request for cold milk in the fridge 24hrs would be welcome, as at breakfast time, otherwise it is warm milk from the vending machine. The carpets were a bit stained but the rooms were cleaned daily and the carpets vacuumed. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. I feel the hotel would benefit from some investment to spruce it up a bit.

This is the first time I've pursued a refund on a hotel because this place really was upsetting, almost ironically awful. The pictures don't convey how dirty the floors and walls are, and of course how loud it was. We had a water boiler on the other side of our bedroom wall, meaning that whenever anyone on our floor used the bathroom, our whole room vibrated. The windows were also paper thin, meaning that any noise from the street below kept us awake as if the windows were open, and we were 4 floors up... The staff and management were lazy and reluctant to change my room for the 2nd night, fortunately I insisted before they gave up and gave me a new room. But this grotesque women behind the reception was just a misery to deal with, and seemed more interested in the cleaner who appeared to be chatting her up. In the following weeks both myself and Booking.com tried to contact the hotel to pursue a refund, but they ignored all contact for 2 weeks before refusing any form of compensation, even though their number one assurance is a good night's sleep. I feel robbed of £280, and upset that they can getaway with such inexcusable service. Overall, don't visit this dump, try the bigger Ibis down the road, where you might get your money's worth.
