We stayed one night. The room was clean and faultless. Very friendly welcome at the reception desk, staff taking time to describe the area and giving good recommendations, especially for gelateria La Golosa. Parking in the garage was perfect.

Nice hotel just down the road from Parma train station, not too expensive and has a pool and gym. It is approx. a 10 to 15 min walk to the centre of Parma so not too far away but not very close to supermarkets etc. Staff were friendly and helpful on check in and check out, reception and communal areas were clean and comfy as was our room that was very spacious for a family of 4. Would recommend and stay here again.

A great hotel when visiting Parma. Almost next to the train station and less than 10 minute stroll to the historic centre. Hotel is well equipped with wellbeing facilities (decent hotel gym and sauna). Rooms are good although a shame that the upgraded rooms don’t include more free bottled water. Reception staff, for the most part were warm and helpful. Excellent breakfast, This hotel lives the Novotel brand and I’d stay there again.

회사 출장으로 방문한 호텔이라 경비처리를 위해 invoice를 요청 매일을 두번 보냈지만 회신이 없음.
