What truly sets this beautiful property apart is its people. Every team member made us feel valued, cared for, and genuinely welcomed. The Front Desk—Zaheed, Lalit and Sumi —handled every request with warmth and efficiency. The FnB team (Mr. Anup and Team) went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience, always serving with smiles and sincerity. Chef Smruti Das, Chef Pravat Kumar and Chef Syed Sofinur impressed us with outstanding flavors and thoughtful presentation and dished out amazing spread. A truly gracious team delivering hospitality from the heart. Highly recommended.
