We’re glad to know that our location near Legoland Malaysia Resort was convenient for your visit. ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is indeed situated in a growing area of Iskandar Puteri, and we’re happy you discovered the nearby local restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner — there are a few hidden gems around the neighborhood that many guests pleasantly discover. However, we sincerely apologize for the humid and musty smell you experienced, as well as the discomfort caused by dust triggering your rhinitis. Please be assured that this is not the standard of comfort and cleanliness we strive to provide. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate inspection and corrective action, including deeper carpet and fabric cleaning to ensure a fresher and healthier environment for our guests. We truly appreciate your understanding, but we regret that you felt you had to simply accept the situation.
