Aqui está uma sugestão de comentário para compartilhar sua experiência no IbisTive uma experiência muito positiva no Ibis Styles Accra, especialmente em um momento delicado para minha família. O hotel é confortável, bem localizado, e oferece um diferencial incrível com o serviço de transfer do aeroporto, o que facilita muito a chegada após uma viagem longa. Esse cuidado já me chamou a atenção desde o começo. No entanto, o que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento e a atenção excepcional da equipe, que nos apoiou de todas as formas possíveis. Minha esposa e eu estávamos com nossa filha pequena, e infelizmente ela adoeceu durante a estadia, precisando ser internada. Durante esses dias difíceis, o staff foi incansável, demonstrando verdadeira empatia e preocupação. Quando retornamos do hospital, fomos recebidos com uma cesta de frutas frescas e um cartão carinhoso que dizia: “Your daughter is the bravest little girl in the world.” Esse gesto tocante nos emocionou profundamente e fez com que nos sentíssemos acolhidos e cuidados em meio a uma situação tão difícil. Cada detalhe da atenção oferecida pelo time do Ibis Styles Accra deixou claro que o bem-estar dos hóspedes é uma prioridade. Desde o suporte na organização dos nossos dias até o cuidado com nossa filha, sentimos que a equipe estava sempre disponível para nos ajudar, o que tornou nossa estadia muito mais tranquila e especial. Lacks general maintenance and quality control in bedrooms

I stayed in the hotel twice during my visit to Accra. Both times lack of maintenance and cleaning standards evident in the rooms. 1. Screeching air conditioner so unable to have on overnight making it hot and uncomfortable 2. Large cracks in the sink and wobbly tap 3, Bedside lights had exposed internal wiring and broken 4, Light bulbs not replaced 5. Room door handle came off in my hand 6. Dirty, streaked walls in bathroom 7. Toe nails on the bathroom floor The general areas were different and were comfortable. Communal washrooms also poorly maintained with open plumbing where sinks have been removed. Staff were all very helpful. Good breakfasts with large variety.

Good for staying.

Very supportive staff, quick response by front desk on issues, daily cleaning. The treatment from most of the staff is quite good 👍. Breakfast included in the package complementary tea coffee in room. Breakfast is good for most non-vegetarians but for vegetarian less options in the morning breakfast buffet.

Nasty treatment and attitude with poor customer service even with high price. (thievery)

There were cockroaches on the bed and tea station. The jollof and tilapia food was under cooked and extremely poor without flavor. I arrived at late 9pm and was service by a bunch of stupid young men. The was no hotwater for the shower or rather not hot enough. No apologies or refund from the manager or the waitress when I showed them pictures of the cockroaches. Even after the manager promised that she will refund the meal i bought. Obviously she did not care as I was a black Ghanaian man. If it was a person of any other race I'm sure she would have sorted him out before they complained. See the picture for yourself. typical slavery/colonialist mindset.

Tiene sus cosas buenas, como que tienes la garantía de que es un Ibis, que está junto al aeropuerto, que tiene un buffet para comer rapido… Pero muchas cosas a mejorar. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, apenas tienes enchufes en la habitación, el gimnasio está en muy mal estado y no tiene aire acondicionado (hace calor en Accra…), pocos detalles (parece un lujo pedir un trozo de limon en la bebida). En fin, que creo que debe mejorar mucho
