Recently visited this hotel for a Xmas party Olivia and teneisha we’re really helpful organising everything for us We had so much fun really enjoyed ourselves Actually met Olivia on the night and she was lovely and helpful Will definitely be returning

Can’t fault this hotel room was clean tidy excellent view of the Liver buildings and river And the bar restaurant was very good one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and my partner had the prawn dish and bruschetta great portion size and excellent service from Andrew &Scott will definitely return here

Kiki and Zoe, thank you so much for excellent service. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, best food and nice attention. I would advice to choose a your hotel for all my friends. The assistant asked even if I have alergy for some products, first time I see such kind of attention

Very good value hotel in the heart of the thriving city of Liverpool. All staff accommodating, professional and friendly. Our breakfast was most acceptable and staff Kirsty, Amy, Pam and Leandro could not have been more helpful. We have used this hotel previously and again we were not disappointed.

We came here for a Christmas party, we had a small function room on the ground floor at the back with a big window of nothing. The bar was tiny and with no stock, they couldn’t even do cocktails. The bartender was adding up what to charge per drink on their phone. The drinks were extortionate, 8 for a single not including mixer! That is just greed, why are they charging so much. I recommend anyone going here brings a bottle in their bag! The food that came with the package was basic, the bingo was rushed and the music played was really random. Heavy on the 90s rnb which is fine but for a specific crowd. We were told a glass of fizz for everyone on arrival but had to ask because it wasn’t given. It was tidy and the service staff were all attentive.
