Lovely hotel in Liverpool

We stayed at the hotel for two nights while we took in Liverpool in glorious weather. We had a very large room overlooking the waterfront (415). It was really comfortable and a bath was a bonus The breakfasts and the service was top hole. The staff were universally polite and helpful. Particular thanks for Kika who was almost ever present on reception. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent service. My bedroom was cozy, and my bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar provided a lovely fry-up, and the staff (Jan, Graham, Kirsty, Leandre, and Ellis, to name a few) were polite, helpful, and welcoming. Definitely would recommend 👍

Good hotel near river and Liver Building

I booked this as the hotel building is iconic and very close to the Liver Building etc. The outside looks a bit shabby and needs painting but the hotel is nice and though I only booked a standard room, the reception staff (Charlotte) put me in a suite on 12th floor which was amazing and huge. I slept well thanks to the A/C and relaxed on the comfy sofas.

Just had our annual sixth form leavers event at the hotel, it was amazing!!! Thank you to Teneisha and Ant for your support and hospitality, as always we are well looked after from start to finish, food was great, the room was decorated lovely and the waiting on staff where brilliant. Booked again for next year, thank you for making the event for our staff and students, one to remember!!!!
