Hotel is very worn and needs updating badly. Whilst beds are comfortable the rooms are not. A few of the lights would not work, no water, tissues put in box to look like it was full but when pulled out was just 1 tissue and box was empty. No glasses, no fridge.

Excellent location for city centre break being just a few steps from centre of Union Street. Excellent service from staff and generally meets expectations. But the decor is slightly tired in places and signs of cost cutting since last visit.

Generally the hotel was very good, unfortunately my room was at the front and for 2 nights it was very noisy from the local bars with music and revellers. However the views were good. The food was excellent and the location excellent for the city and walking distance to the railway station. I was visiting my son who lives in a flat within a short walking distance as well, so perfect. I was a bit chilly of an evening, not sure if because of the type of heating. All in all I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay.

Lovely Stay, amazing location and staff were super friendly. Very nice room with views of the city. Parking is available through the your parking space app. I had a 1 pm checkout which is very handy for some last min shopping before heading home.

Best hotel breakfast selection I’ve had in a while. Classy yet traditional interior and first class staff service. Excellent location in the centre of the city and nearly on site parking is a great relief if arriving by car. Couldn’t really fault anything about my stay. Comfy and quiet.
