Canny little place, though the room was cold overnight, you could get an uber food delivery to the front door. Clean enough and easily accessible to get to the arena. Most places are walkable but we did get taxis to canal street. Breakfast was decent. Our triple room did have a bunk bed, but the room was big enough for us.

The positive thing we were very happy with was the amazing service received from all the staff, specially Zaynab who has given us a smile everyday and provided an excellent service. 5 stars for them On the negative side, we were not happy with the rooms. The room was cold, the heater was not working good, the extractor was also not working correctly, the curtains could not close correctly so people from the street could see inside.

Added someone to my room, got told it would not include breakfast for the 2nd person. No problem how much is it £12.95 but it’ll only cost you £4 as you are a member! Great!! paid the £4 on arrival! Room very small but ok for the night! Arrives at breakfast to be told in a very unsatisfactory tone only 1 breakfast on this room!!!! Told her the above only to have her snap back, I’ll check!! After entering and taking a table, we got approached by the rudest staff member I’ve ever met who demanded the extra money! No hassle paying for the crap breakfast but the manners of him! Standing with his hands in his pockets dealing with customers making me feel like a criminal for the mistake of 2 members of staff! If he is management, good luck to your business.

Was central and convenient. Bar staff and receptionist very friendly. Nice foyer bar area. Lovely tapas style food at the bar. Good rates. Breakfast was an another hotel at the back of the Ibis. Just 50 meters. Breakfast was adequate. Bedrooms good, though bathroom was in a pod and there was no insulation noise privacy. Would stay again.

Absolutely awful and disappointing experience!!! They promised you a comfortable room just to give you one with a malfunctioning toilet. Wake up at 2am to use the restroom and after I flush the water tank didn’t stop making that awful noise of filling up. Water running and the tank noise it was an absolute nightmare!!! I thought of calling the receptionist but it was 2am so I didn’t want to wake up my husband to change rooms. Next day spoke with the receptionist about it and she couldn’t care any less! Avoid as you book a room for a comfortable night sleep and you end up with a crappy one
