Spent 2 night there. Stayed in a standard double room. It was large enough with a very comfortable bed and multiple pillows. All clean and modern. Wide shower. Big tv with a choice of channels. A minibar but nobottles of water and only a few sachets of coffee and capsules of milk powder. Breakfast a bit expensive as choice not very ample but good enough. Lifts a bit hit and miss as we were stuck in one for about 15mn on our second night. Tried to ring the bell but no reply so rang reception and guy manning it saved the day! Hotel well located on La Canebière, 10mn walk from all amenities and old port + train / bus station. Area very busy so felt quite safe

Spot on Hotel a short walk from train Charles Station, fantastic staff and breakfast, minutes from the old port great rooms and fantastic value, easy to get to all attractions and transport, beaches close by too

A great location on the famous Canebière, just 3 minutes to the port where there are plenty of Restaurants and boat trips. I was lucky enough to get this hotel on a special agent rate, but is still a great price generally and slightly cheaper than staying directly in the port. The tram on T2 is directly outside the hotel and we used Uber or Bolt to navigate the city. The old town is easily walkable. The hotel is modern and clean and very friendly Reception staff. There is cold cucumber and mint water in reception which is lovely after walking back into the hotel from the heat! There is a Brassisere joined to the hotel, however we did not eat here.

We stayed for 4 nights but did not have breakfast. The hotel was great and the location was fantastic. The receptionist, Riyad, was exceptional. He arranged extra towels, sorted out the air-con. He also recommended a great seafood restaurant and local bar.

I really disappointed with the "suprise of no air"... During the booking and in your site, "air conditioner is available", I Paid for that and now after the checkin your team tell me that "Air conditioner is blocked" and only can be used if you decide that is hot? THE UNIQUE HOTEL WITH THIS RESTRICTION IN MY LIFE.
