Fantastic location,exemplary staff who are effecient professional and so helpful. We opted for a room at the back of the hotel to avoid street noise so didn't avail of the port view. Breakfast and the bar both look out to port so contact with that. No noise at night despite fantastic central location, once windows closed - silence. 1 min walk to Metro and bus to St Charles Station for airport commute etc. beds and inevitable perfect.We will return and highly recommend 👌

Our 4 th visit to Marseille and we’ve stayed in different locations around the centre. Marseille has made impressive efforts to ease connections for the pedestrian and the locator of the hotel is hard to beat. Easy walk from St Charles along the main drag. Double glazing is good, love the old world air and the sense of history. Effective air con and fabulous view from the bar Large comfortable bed, expected 160 cm but was a king. We were on the Eastern side (not the port), Great sink space in bathroom. Loved the occitane de Provence products.

We visited Marseille for the rugby would cup, and chose this hotel for our stay. The hotel was amazing, we had a nice spacious corner room overlooking the Vieux Port. The bed was very comfortable, the view was spectacular. We watched the sunset over the old port from our window, and also the full moon rising above the port. The port view room definitely worth the extra. The bathroom was really nice with a big bath and L'occitane toiletries. The reception and the bar staff was very helpful, special thanks to Brenda at the front desk, who was always there to help. The cleaning staff did a great job. There was a nespresso coffee machine in the room, and we got new pods every day. The minibar also got refilled every day. We asked for an iron, which we received very quickly. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as we normally wouldn't have much to eat in the morning. There are a number of restaurants and cafes around the hotel, so you will have no shortage of places to eat. We took the ferry to the islands which leaves right in front of the hotel and we also did a sunset cruise which was amazing. There is a metro stop right next to the hotel, easy connection to the airport. We loved our 5 day trip and we will be back!

Enjoyed our time here. Lovely bedding and comfortable bed. Staff very friendly. Dressing gown and slippers appreciated. Shower is huge and there are lovely L’Occitane products in the bathroom. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Excellent location.
