We arrived during an extremely bad weather event . The gentleman at reception was friendly , well groomed and informative . He met us in the car park then took us to our room . The rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaners very sweet . Nice large kitchen for anyones use . Prime location

You get what you pay for. I definitely wouldn't come back here again. There is no place to park your car. Reception say park your car in shopping mall across from hotel in which you have to pay for parking there. Four adults staying in this tree bedroom room. we only had one toilet roll between four of us. 1# No Folder of any information about this hotel. 2# There is no Sky sport or Movies watch. You have to pay for it yourself. 3# No Netflix. You have to pay for it yourself. 4# Lounge window had a large crack in it taped up by duct tape. 5# Remote control was taped up with cellar tape Kitchen wear: 6# One tiniest frying pan 7# One small wok 8# No toaster 9# No Kettle for boiling water 10# No Egg spatula

We h.ad booked nine months in advance for a three bedroom room with a disability bathroom as i am in a wheelchair. We booked online and then I rang to make sure that the bathroom was suitable. The Manager sent me a photo of a disability bathroom which looked fine. When we arrived the bathroom in the room we were in was totally unsuitable. It was a separate tiny toilet and separate shower with an almost six inch step into each. Even if the step had not been there the wheelchair would not have fitted in. We went down to the manager who was totally unhelpful other to say that the room with the disability bathroom had another lady in it and he couldn't do anything else. After quite a bit of discussion!!! he said "Oh there is a toilet down on this floor that you can use. The toilet was down through several doors and was ok. However, no shower! This meant that every time that I wanted to use the bathroom I had to come down in the lift and wend my way through to this toilet, which on my first visit plunged me into darkness halfway through. It transpired that the toilet light was on a timer and anyone in a wheelchair clearly was not quick enough. The Manager put a torch in the toilet to rectify this. After a great deal of negotiation, the manager agreed to refund a portion of our payment! The rooms were okay but there were big holes in two windows which were filthy. The rest of the rooms including the kitchenette were clean. So....reminder if you are disabled it would be a good idea to not stay here or to get someone to check the room. We never did see the other room that the manager spoke about.

Frühstück mangelhaft. Fenster mit Farbe von außen verschmutzt. Soll Loft-Charakter zeigen ,sehr schlecht umgesetzt. Billige Rollos an den Fenstern. Keinerlei Gemütlichkeit. Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage gegen Bezahlung vorhanden.

Die Zimmer, die Lage, der Preis ist wirklich gut. Die Küchen ( außer 4. Etage) eine Katastrophe. Auf dem Boden bleibt man kleben, das Geschirr ist derart verdreckt, dass das kochen und essen keinen Spaß macht. Habe dies der Leitung mitgeteilt, vielleicht finden die Gäste nach uns die Küche in einem besseren Zustand vor.
