beautiful hotel. full of class in every level from bathrooms to restaurant and the rooms themselves . we had a luxury club room level room and when we opened the door the electric blinds opened to let light in. lovely generous room. club lounge is nice , roomy with very friendly staff including arna lise and KC , olivia and others . nice canopies and drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. great gym and pool looked nice also. friendly helpful staff at check in incl bonnie and concierge ralf and others . Scott GM your staff and facilities are a credit to you all.

Checked into Sofitel Adelaide for 3 nights. As Accor Diamond we were provided a warm welcome to the hotel and checked in precisely. Our suite featured all the standard amenities of Sofitel properties around the world including two TV’s with (included) subscription services, an iPad, and a bathtub. The pool and gym were both sensational with his and her Saunas located in each change room. Club lounge- a shout out to both KC and Merrily who both did a great job during their shifts.

This hotel is centrally located in the CBD area so not too far from the airport and also in walking distant to many places in the CBD area. The lobby has nice ambience and both check in and check out was done fast by the friendly staffs. The staff here acknowledge the membership status and informed us all the necessary facilities and benefits we get during our stay. I was upgraded to the Prestige Suite room and it felt modern and spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable with pleasant lighting option throughout the room. The breakfast served in the restaurant is very good compared to many hotel in Australia with plenty of choices and taste good too. The lounge has good service with some snacks and drinks during the evening hour but the choice are limited. Overall it is an excellent choice for ALL members in Adelaide

Wir wohnten eine Woche lang im 22. Stock mit einer großartigen Aussicht in die Adelaide Hills. Auch in anderen Aspekten ist die Lage am Rande der Innenstadt großartig, denn Einkaufsstraßen, Parks (incl. eines sehr schönen Zoos), gute Restaurants (vom sicher auch sehr guten im Hause, das wir leider aus Zeitgründen nicht probieren konnten abgesehen) und Veranstaltungsorte sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen - in unserem Falle sogar nur etwa 3 km bis zu einer ehemaligen Formel-1-Rennstrecke, die immer noch dann und wann tolle Veranstaltungen bietet, so während unseres Aufenthaltes das Finale der australischen Top-Motorsportklasse. Unser Zimmer war von sehr generöser Größe und bot auch viel Stauraum für unser (auf drei Wochen gerechnetes, samt Opernbesuchen!) Gepäck. Außerdem viele USB-Ladeanschlüsse im Zimmer verteilt - kein elektronisches Gerät bleibt unaufgeladen ;-) Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot, nicht ganz billig, aber preiswert. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto: streßfrei-bequemes und ggf. regengeschütztes Ausladen in einer Durchfahrt hinter der Hotellobby. Garagenplätze gibt es in ca. 100 m Entfernung in einer an sich recht geräumigen Hochgarage zum Hotelgast-Sondertarif. Einfahrt dort nicht ganz locker möglich, da sehr enge Kurve zum Einfahrtsschranken - im Zweifelsfall besser ein kleineres Auto mieten...
