We arrived a noon, and hoped for a room that was ready. Front desk person checked us in and said a room would be ready shorty. He asked us for our number and he would text when ready. 2.5 hours later after roaming Adelaide we checked at the front desk. Waited inline to speak to the same person, asked about our room and we got “oh sorry” and were handed our card. Room was well appointed and clean. Don’t waste your money on the Club access. Our morning experience was very disappointing, the lounge was empty. We order a poached egg on toast from the menu and it took over 30 minutes. While waited we had some very unripe fruit. Our experience; the hotel is very nice, however the service was not great.

Loved it, it was so awesome stay. My family and kids liked everything including the restaurant and room. It is located in the CBD of the Adelaide so everything is very closed to the hotel. Used my accor reward cards, hence it was very reasonably priced for me. Staffs were very good and friendly.

I love sofitel and their lounge. I stay frequently as I visit for work. Very comfortable hotel and close to everything. Staff are helpful and beds are super comfy. Across the street has many great restaurants and the hotel restaurant is also quite good. I think its the best hotel to stay in Adelaide

A great place to stay in Adelaide. Staff were amazing, very professional, polite and helpful. Located in the heart of Adelaide city. My only complaint was the noise coming from the nearby nightclub, which was open until 4am! When booking, ask for a room away from the nightclub.

Wir wohnten eine Woche lang im 22. Stock mit einer großartigen Aussicht in die Adelaide Hills. Auch in anderen Aspekten ist die Lage am Rande der Innenstadt großartig, denn Einkaufsstraßen, Parks (incl. eines sehr schönen Zoos), gute Restaurants (vom sicher auch sehr guten im Hause, das wir leider aus Zeitgründen nicht probieren konnten abgesehen) und Veranstaltungsorte sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen - in unserem Falle sogar nur etwa 3 km bis zu einer ehemaligen Formel-1-Rennstrecke, die immer noch dann und wann tolle Veranstaltungen bietet, so während unseres Aufenthaltes das Finale der australischen Top-Motorsportklasse. Unser Zimmer war von sehr generöser Größe und bot auch viel Stauraum für unser (auf drei Wochen gerechnetes, samt Opernbesuchen!) Gepäck. Außerdem viele USB-Ladeanschlüsse im Zimmer verteilt - kein elektronisches Gerät bleibt unaufgeladen ;-) Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot, nicht ganz billig, aber preiswert. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto: streßfrei-bequemes und ggf. regengeschütztes Ausladen in einer Durchfahrt hinter der Hotellobby. Garagenplätze gibt es in ca. 100 m Entfernung in einer an sich recht geräumigen Hochgarage zum Hotelgast-Sondertarif. Einfahrt dort nicht ganz locker möglich, da sehr enge Kurve zum Einfahrtsschranken - im Zweifelsfall besser ein kleineres Auto mieten...
