Lovely staff - clean, well maintained hotel - good location

Lovely staff. Clean hotel - pleasant room. Well maintained. Good location - not too far from the motorway. Maybe not a huge range of food in the evening but what we chose was delicious and well presented. Breakfast perfect for our needs and coffee good. I had checked the location on Google and had seen that it was adjacent to IKEA - to me that was a plus! Nevertheless the hotel is at the far end of the retail park, through a gate and has a large grassy area around it so felt peaceful. We have stayed twice now were delighted with each stay and would return when next passing.

Great place to stay.

I must admit I’m shocked at how good this place is. Located by everything you need. Easy to find and huge amount off parking The rooms well standard as most hotel but so clean and so comfortable. The staff really work hard to keep on top off it all. The staff are good here easy to talk to and helpful. So yes I would recommend staying here Close to motorways and has an ikea next door so you can get things for the house Great place and will be back

Where was the air con?

Nice hotel, Clean and close to major roads so can be noisy. We chose this hotel as we knew the weather was going to be hot and it offered aircon. Turns out that this was only on in the reception area. The chap in reception told us to put the room temp up to max and gradually increase the fan speed. This did not work. We opened the windows to try to cool down and the bugs got in as did the road noise.. Tried a cold shower but it £never ran cold. When we complained we got the shrug and a sorry. At 3110 for a night we were robbed.
