These programs are designed to complement the island’s natural surroundings while catering to guests who seek both engagement and relaxation, rather than large-scale animation-style entertainment. We sincerely regret if there were delays in buggy service during your stay. While response times may vary depending on demand and island operations, this is not the standard we aim to deliver, and your comments have been shared with the relevant team for review.
