From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt truly welcomed as guests. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The property itself was gorgeous and well maintained. I loved our Welcome Tea! What a refreshing drink after a very long 2 days of travel. I requested it throughout my stay. Kylie in reception, was wonderful! She was quick to respond to all of our questions and very helpful with spa and dinner reservations. We truly appreciated the amenities provided. During our stay, we enjoyed three boating activities, a private photo session, a romantic dinner on the beach, and two spa sessions. The spa staff were incredible! Ida and Mr. Jito provided exceptional care! It was the best massage I have ever had! The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and we never grew tired of the buffet. The wait staff knew what we enjoyed to drink and would greet us with our drinks and a true sincere smile. I wish I could remember all the names, but know that we enjoyed all of them. We got to know about them as much as they learned about us! We learned about their different backgrounds and their cultures! We didn’t use our private pool much, as the water was a little too cool for our comfort, but we loved swimming in the ocean, which was perfect. We wanted to see shark, dolphins, and turtles. Little did we know we would see much more! The snorkeling was absolutely world-class—the best we’ve ever experienced. I don't think that we will ever be able to duplicate the snorkeling experience. The aquatics staff was also amazing, from the boat captains to the crew and the marine biologists. We learned so much about the area, the animals, and the culture! We went on a sunset cruise, fishing trip, and a guided snorkeling trip. During the sunset cruise we were able to see dolphins! This was perfect because our dolphin trip was canceled due to the weather. Speaking of the weather, we were aware of rainy season, but we had only one day that was affected. Do NOT have the rainy season change your plans! The day was still filled with the beauty of the island and things to do! And the resort was not crowded at all. The people that stayed at the resort were kind and friendly. My only recommendation is stay longer than 7 days! The housekeeping staff was outstanding! Our villa was always spotless, well-stocked with things that we liked, and full of thoughtful personal touches like messages and decorations on our bed. We had requested a specific villa months in advance, and we were so happy to see that our request was honored. Everyone was so quick to make our experience the best that they could! Overall, the entire experience was incredible, and we left with lasting memories that we will always treasure.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The property is well located and has a good swimming pool area. Staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. The food served is good. over all very good .i love this property

Everything was so good. Cristal clear water. Comfortable Overwater villas. The food was so tasty. The best thing is the service. They are Taking so much care about the guests. The Food from Deepark was so good. From Poppy and Schiefa we received such a good service. Also did Ali take a lot of care for us. We would choose the Mercure Maledives over and over again. The Serice is awsome :)

it was just an amazing holiday! we were on holiday in the Maldives not for the first time and we have something to compare with, all the staff was excellent! Any request was fulfilled in a second! every day we were surprised with different decorations after cleaning the villa, and a festive table at dinners! I would like to separately note our villa cleaner Sakirul and our escort throughout the holiday Nazeer! we will return to this place more than once!!! once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Absolutely recommended! Mercure is the perfect boutique hotel to enjoy one of the most stunning reefs I have ever seen. The villas are designed with exquisite care, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the whole place feels like paradise. A true gem — I would go back without hesitation!
