Having to pack and travel for almost an entire day, arriving late in the evening, is certainly not the relaxing Maldives experience you had planned, especially when snorkeling and island time were highlights you were looking forward to. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We also regret the discomfort regarding odors and the presence of insects. As a natural island destination, occasional insects can occur; however, we do have regular and strong pest control measures in place, and your feedback has been shared with our team to further reinforce these efforts. The forced early check-out and uncertainty surrounding the relocation understandably added to your dissatisfaction. While guest safety was our top priority during the power issue, we acknowledge that the communication and overall experience did not meet our usual standards, and for this we are truly sorry. Please be assured that corrective actions are being taken to strengthen the reliability of our power systems and improve crisis management and communication going forward.
