We are truly pleased to know that you appreciated the spacious rooms, the room design, and the wide variety of high-quality food. Your kind words are encouraging and are shared with our culinary and housekeeping teams. At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the aspects of your experience that did not meet your expectations. We regret the inconvenience caused by the surrounding vegetation affecting the sunrise rooms, as well as the service gaps you encountered during your stay. Your comments regarding the lack of activities during rainy days are well noted, and we understand how disappointing it can be when weather-related cancellations leave limited alternatives. This is valuable feedback as we work on enhancing indoor and all-weather experiences for our guests. We are also sorry to learn about the challenges you faced with the concierge support and the app communication. Having multiple team members respond without continuity is certainly not the experience we strive to provide, and we regret the misunderstanding regarding the photo service booking. Your feedback on improving the app functionality, buggy availability, and waiting times has been shared with the relevant departments for review and corrective action. Thank you especially for recognizing Shanti for her enthusiasm, responsibility, and willingness to assist you during your vacation. It is always rewarding to know when our team members make a positive difference, and we will be sure to pass along your appreciation to her. We regret that your experience at Malé Airport and the domestic flight lounge did not reflect the level of comfort and attentiveness expected. Your suggestions regarding air-conditioning, refreshments, and service attitude are duly noted and will be shared with our partners for improvement. We are, however, glad to know that the speedboat transfer was smooth and that you felt welcomed once you arrived on the island and were assisted by our front desk team. We would like to kindly clarify that our resort does not provide a dedicated butler service. However, we do have a Chinese-speaking guest relations host available to assist our Chinese-speaking guests with general support and coordination during their stay. That said, we sincerely regret that your interaction did not meet expectations. Your feedback regarding the welcoming approach has been duly noted and shared with the concerned team for immediate improvement and retraining. We are pleased to learn that you found our restaurant team friendly and our housekeeping colleagues excellent. Your kind words will certainly be shared with them as encouragement. Regarding the shuttle service, we regret any inconvenience caused by the waiting time. Your feedback has been noted, and we will review our internal scheduling to ensure smoother and more efficient transportation around the resort. We also acknowledge your comments about the limited number of activities.
