全包式消費,出房間完全不需要帶錢,也不用擔心吃了餐廳和酒水要付昂貴的費用,房間乾淨且每一位服務人員都會主動打招呼,很棒! 唯一缺點是熱水供應不足,浴缸的水放了一半後就已沒熱水可使用,須等大約15-20分鐘後才有熱水可用,但浴缸水已冷掉

铂尔曼在马累机场有专属贵宾休息室,内飞舒适,快艇舒适,专人接待服务周到,上岛途中还见到了海豚,非常开心。 上岛后服务人员非常热情,每位人员都面带微笑,非常友好,中国员工sky和grace对我们帮助巨大,特别感谢她们。 这次住的沙屋没有泳池,舒适度一般,屋里空调开启后灰尘有点大,让我频繁咳嗽。外面的海滩,水里碎珊瑚较多,赤脚下水会很痛。罗密欧朱丽叶亭子略简陋,那里可以看到一个非常小的拖尾沙滩,上面有黑色海藻,拍照脏兮兮的不太好看,对面有小沙洲,我很想上去看看,但不知道该怎么上去,游过去的话水流有些湍急,怕怕。 水屋非常赞,没有灰尘,我没再咳嗽了,放护发素的瓶子按头坏了,这小瑕疵也就忽略不计了!如果有机会再来,我可能就一直住水屋。这里每天早上在床上就能看日出,泳池也能拍出好多漂亮的照片。下海的浮潜除了水有些浅导致鱼不是太多之外,还是不错的。潮汐影响上午浮潜还可以,下午浮潜就特别容易碰到珊瑚,不知道住在5字开头的水屋会不会好一点。另外没能看到海龟,遗憾。希望能多提示一下最佳浮潜点,可能你们是新岛,还没来得及写。 吃饭的话主餐厅的花样很多,口味总体来说很丰富,每次都吃的很开心,提个小意见,中餐区麻辣烫我吃了三次,汤底一次比一次咸,最后一次已经咸到发苦,希望能够调整一下。3个酒吧都很不错,我爱你们的莫吉托!另外,日出酒吧餐厅的烤鱼真是太美味了! 水上运动处服务人员特别热情,顺着海浪不小心划出很远,筋疲力尽回不来,最后他们开了摩托艇去接我,感动!还有介绍海洋生物的课程,Amanda特别风趣幽默。 Spa的体验也很完美,手法很好,让我得到了很好的放松。 日落钓鱼的选点有些失败,全船人就钓了1条鱼上来,哎… 健身房和休闲室还是挺好玩的。瑜伽和尊巴这次没能体验,一大遗憾。 有一点让我不高兴,在离岛的时候有个小插曲,由于机票政策影响,我们根据前台建议提前3天报告了修改后的酒店机票行程安排,结果前台员工最后还是搞错了,本来准备下午离岛结果电话通知过来安排还是早上7点半,打电话问他就是稍等回电话,从来不给正面回复,那天晚上我一直打电话给前台估计总共持续有3个小时,有一次前台居然告诉我没有下午的内飞飞机,我不是傻子,我会上互联网查航班的,明明就有,还有空位!最后我发火了,这件事直到凌晨1点才得到解决。这是我最不高兴的一点!这本不是个很难的事,但是过程这么曲折实在出乎意料,希望你们的员工培训能再严格一点!

Your comments in regards to the spicy Chinese food served in Mélange and the dusty beach villa have been reported to the Culinary and Housekeeping Team. We had indeed received your departure details few days in advance, and tried our level to book you on the preferred afternoon morning flight. Unfortunately, this flight was already fully booking, as per the Airline Management. On the night before your departure, we have escalated your concern to the Airline's Commercial Management Team, who then managed to re-book your flight. Please be informed that the domestic flights are handled by a third party, which does not give Pullman Maldives Maamutaa the full power to manage the flights for our guests to the extent that we would like to. I am glad to learn that our team members gave you the chance of experiencing an upgrade to a Pool Villa and a late check-out as well. I hope you enjoyed these special offerings. Your feedback is very important to us and our Executive Chef is very curious to hear what diversity of options you are missing at our Melange Restaurant. 本来对马尔代夫第一家铂尔曼非常期待,但是酒店的服务和设施都很不满意。 比如酒店的buggy非常难叫,预计15分钟能到房间门口的buggy等了接近一个小时还没到,很多时候都只能自己走路到目的地。离岛前夜接到可以预定明早早餐的电话,已经在电话预定好了早餐,但到离岛早晨前台告诉我他并不知道是谁给我打的电话,表示无法提供早晨给我们,我们是一直饿着坐了一个小时的飞机到马累机场才吃早餐。 浴室热水不够,想泡浴但是热水都不够四分之一的浴缸就凉了,而且水是黄色的。 岛上浮潜环境很一般,并没有什么鱼类。 很多服务人员的态度都很一般,爱搭不理的态度很常见。 整体体验很差,对铂尔曼非常失望。

At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. After a investigation within our team, we discovered that an unfortunate miscommunication had taken place with the order of your early breakfast and we truly apologies for that. 首先非常感谢你们的所有工作人员对我们此次出行提供了超预期的服务,也希望以后有机会能再到贵度假村进行度假。 以时间顺序来表述我们的感受和建议,主要从以下几个点进行说明; 1、接机后有专人接待到专有VIP室休息室休息,还提供了各种饮料给客人,也避免了其他非入住旅客的打扰; 2、坐快艇到达酒店码头后有专人接送行李,进行欢迎仪式; 3、由于此次个人的疏忽,把个人电脑忘记到飞机上了,下机后入岛时才发行,我及时告之了工作人员,工作人员让我们放心休息,他们会处理好的,晚上专程把电脑给送到了房间;电脑内有我非常重要的资料,让我们的此次旅行得以圆满!这是我们全家完全没有想到的结果!!!就这一项事情,我们全家都表示感谢,这是我们第一个大大的惊喜!!!这事我家人对外最少讲了十几次,哈哈,说服务好!没想到! 4、接待处有会讲中英文的工作人员进行所有酒店设施及位置及营业时间的讲解,让我们对整个岛有初步全面了解; 5、每个房间都配有各种小吃及饮料,供晚起的我们可以随意享用; 6、每个服务场所工作人员都非常热情,虽然很多语言他们听不懂,但他们都会用热情的表情和动作来协助我们理解; 7、岛上接驳车很方便,减少了来回走动的时间; 8、各个餐厅餐食和饮料都很丰富、口味很适合我们的;有孩子特别喜欢吃的汉堡和薯条,他们说还希望下次能再过来享用。(两个小朋友在这里玩得特别开心,都不想回中国了,哈哈) 9、这次由于我们一家是两成人和两位未成年人共同过来,在水屋分配时,分配分到4区和5区,这两个区域离得有点远,无法互相照应,通过Grace Zhao的不断协调,在最后一晚我们都调整到了5区,在这期间Grace Zhao还通过接驳车冒雨穿梭于4、5号区域水屋为我们全家提供了超预期的服务,这是我们的第二个惊喜!非常感谢! 10、水上运动中心的摩托艇教练很贴心,我个人带两个孩子出海,包括一个刚7岁生日小儿子田子毅,中途为了让我和大儿子田笑玩得更开心,他把子毅接到他的摩托艇上,他带着他玩,然后给我们两个人很大的发挥空间; (后来田笑反馈,说这次是我们玩得最开心一次海上运动) 11、此次旅行,正好赶上了小儿子田子毅7岁生日,上午我们在餐厅给工作人员说,希望说能给我们准备一个小蛋糕,他们回复说已经准备好了,晚上会直接送到房间,这也是让我们没有想到的第三个惊喜!非常感谢! 12、水屋的游泳池的水非常干净,有专门的净化系统,让我们和孩子们游泳很放心; 13、房间干湿区分配和各功能区设计很合理;浴缸很大;淋浴区也很有特色! 建议如下: 1、请尽量多配一些会讲中文的工作人员,以利于更多的中国游客来此度假;例如:在接待中心、餐厅、酒吧、运动中心等相关场所; 2、网球场可以配置一台带鼓风机的吹树叶清扫机,可以在有客人进行打球前5分钟内一名工作人员即可清扫干净。 3、带泳池的房间,根据客人入住信息是否有带未成年人?提前准备适合未成年人的救生衣。目前是正常配置两个成年人的,未配置未成年人的。需要电话告之工作人员才会送过来,如果能提前准备,相信客人的体验会更完全。 4、岛上接驳车很方便,只是有个别由于语言差异,等待时间有些长; 5、海滩的沙是否可以再细一些,目前上面有很多杂质,容易伤到脚。 6、希望能提供一些防晒用户,在各个露天的活动场所,提醒客人可以涂一些; 7、工作人员在接听客人反馈时,希望能把客人的意思转达给房间服务人员;例如:此次由于小儿子田子毅玩得太开心了,睡觉把小便尿在床上了,我们大儿子田笑用英语电话告之了前台服务人员,但是第二天更换床单时,工作人员遗漏了,未进行更换。(我估计是我们语言沟通未到位) 8、沙屋外面休息区,希望能加一些杀虫的灯光,晚上想出来躺会,有很多蚊虫。 9、沙屋103房间外面的凉亭下的玻璃桌下面的十字固定架,希望能增加一个固定组件,以防儿童扶桌子后倒掉;此次小儿子田子毅生日吹蛋糕蜡烛时就因为扶了一下桌子,最后玻璃桌掉到了地面,吓哭了他,手还受了一点小伤。 10、希望能再提供一些适合中国人吃的餐食; 以上是我们全家的此次的入住酒店的感受和建议! 再次对你们的热情服务表示感谢!!!

餐厅服务好,buggy太难叫了,前台每次都说快再等10分钟就到了,过了20分钟车没有来,也不电话通知一声。最后我们都不好意思叫buggy了,能走就走。最让人觉得不满意的是离岛的时间被安排在早上7点半,事先也不和我们商量,我询问过两次几点离岛,前台说不知道,说离岛前一晚会有信通知。结果晚上8点多收到信说一早就要离岛,非常狼狈,就想像被人赶走的!

It is with deepest regret to note that you were not fully satisfied with your experience and I wish to express our sincere apologies for the shortfalls you encountered with the Buggy Services and your departure. It is disappointing to see that these two aspects have influenced your overall experience so much. The domestic flights are handled by a third party airline, where we receive the confirmation of the bookings one day in advance. We always try our level best to communicate the departure information to our guests as early as possible. Rest assured that we will do the necessary to improve the communication with our future guests in relation to the departing information. 马尔代夫Pullman,装修格局非常赞。特别是房间内陈设及布置很有艺术特色。大人孩子都很喜欢,体验非常好。唯一的不足是房间的被子太厚,如备两条人性化的毯子,能让人睡眠更好,望采纳!

海边风景非常美,酒店设施不错,游玩项目多,餐饮赞。但洗浴用品按压总是比较费劲,我们水屋的淋浴热水出了问题,维修电话沟通大概花了1个多小时

We are proud of our new resort and the facilities that we offer, but nothing is more valuable than learning that our staff members have provided you with very good services. I will thank them for looking after you so well. We are sorry to learn that your snorkeling experience did not meet your expectations. We are surprised to see your comment as especially the Marine life in our atoll is very rich and unique. Have you tried our Guided House Reef Snorkeling excursion? Our Marine life experts will bring you to the hot spots and ensure you will see the beauty that Maldives underwater life has to offer. 一直对雅高集团的产品很满意,第一次去海外度假住铂尔曼,真的是一次很美好度假感受! 但是若大的集团,在中国官方预定方式,还是非常落后的,微信公众号,官网、app等相应都非常忙,而且经常出现bug!这个我非常不理解? 所以这次我还是只能通过第三方来预定,中间差价也只能给他们赚取。 而且我平时还有公司团建、几户家庭,只能通过第三方;我希望雅高集团可以在就订房渠道,有所改善,有专员对接!

除了主餐厅水果吧一个黑肤色的女员工不太友好,对老人和孩子尤其态度差,其它人态度都很好,但是很影响整体体验。然后我妈妈很喜欢那个防水袋子,退房时问打扫房间的人可以拿不,回答说不可以的,前台的人说是可以带回去做纪念的!后来也没拿到,很遗憾!
