Wonderful hotel with fabulous staff

We had never been to the Maldives before and I was nervous out of all the choice about where we should go. We decided to go south as the fishing is apparently better in the southern atolls. The Pullman was a fantastic choice both for fishing, snorkelling and spa sessions. We loved it and the staff were incredible. So happy and there to do anything they could for you to make your stay the best ever. The chef at the Melange restaurant was outstanding with his culinary skills and service. I loved the relaxation and spa sessions albeit expensive. The tennis wasn’t so good but I was able to have a good practice. Our beach villa was lovely and the room was very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom had everything you could possibly need with two showers and a bath. The only slight negative were the bugs in the garden so you had to remember to put loads of spray on despite the fact they spray the island twice a day. Our villa was near the panoramic beach which was lovely as we could stroll out each day and view all the wonderful fish from a viewing platform. I would like to thank all the staff at The Pullman for making our stay very memorable.

This was our second visit to Pullman Maldives, and there's a reason we came back. The resort continues to impress with its exceptional service and outstanding facilities. The staff truly makes this place special - Nisha's great hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay, while Chef Asanka's insanely talented culinary skills elevated every meal to a gourmet experience. We were particularly impressed when Prem, behind the bar, mastered a cocktail we'd been craving that wasn't even on the menu. These personal touches exemplify why the entire resort operates at the highest level of hospitality. But the true highlight of our stay was our diving experience with Kayla, an exceptional instructor at the resort's dive center. Her extensive diving experience and expertise shine through in her professional, safety-conscious approach. She went above and beyond by arranging our nitrox course and expertly guiding us through the technically challenging Kooddoo Channel dive - an adventure we might not have attempted without her confident leadership. The perfect balance of expertise and personality made every dive special, with a great sense of humor keeping us relaxed while pointing out incredible marine life. Taking charge of our GoPro to capture amazing footage was an extra touch that made this unforgettable experience even more meaningful. For anyone diving at Pullman Maldives, requesting this outstanding instructor is a must!

Third time Pullman Maldives started off with an amazing facial treatment

We arrived yesterday at Pullman for the third time. After a great arrival, I booked myself a facial treatment (city detox) for today. The treatment was done by Ayu and it’s was a fantastic experience. Arriving at the spa, I was greeted with a refreshing cold tea, guided to the treatment room to enjoy a fantastic treatment which started off with a lovely back massage and followed by the pampering main treatment. I dozed off a few times and feel great. Ready to enjoy the rest of our time in the resort as I now drink my ginger tea. :-)

Our first visit to Pullman Maldives was nothing short of extraordinary, an experience that will remain etched in our hearts forever. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the reception team, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. A special mention to Madina, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, personally escorting us to our stunning villa and showcasing the breathtaking beauty of the property. The sunset views from our villa were mesmerizing, complemented by thoughtful amenities and a beautifully crafted welcome note that made us feel truly special. On our first day, we took time to relax and explore the property, soaking in the serene atmosphere. The evening brought vibrant DJ vibes at Saffron Affair, where we indulged in a delightful selection of cocktails—made even more enjoyable thanks to the resort’s all-inclusive concept, allowing us to savor every moment without a worry. Dinner at Mélange was a true highlight, where the team extended impeccable hospitality. We had the pleasure of engaging with the chefs, who graciously accommodated our preferences, going beyond the menu to cater to our tastes. Manager Shah ensured that every detail of our dining experience was flawless, while Ahmed always make sure to anticipate our need, Kamal his exceptional service with smiley outlook always motivated to start our day, Kim, Hakim, Hassan & Chef Subrata provided outstanding service with warmth and enthusiasm. The next morning, after an indulgent breakfast at Mélange, we set out to explore Open Souq, a highly recommended culinary experience. Restaurant Manager Navaz guided us through the menu, expertly pairing dishes with an exquisite wine selection. When Chef Rahul approached our table, we couldn’t help but express our admiration—every bite was packed with flavor and artistry. Evenings at The Hub became a favorite part of our stay, where live music created the perfect ambiance. Sangam & Armica took care of us with his exceptional hospitality, crafting special passionfruit cocktails that perfectly suited our tastes. Another culinary highlight was dining at Phat Chameleon, a hidden gem of the resort and a paradise for vegetarians. The organic, flavor-rich dishes told a story of sustainability and innovation, and exploring the on-site garden in daylight added to the experience. One of the most unique moments of our stay was experiencing the Sol Rising pool during the rain. The intimate setting made it feel like our own private oasis, and Namisha’s attentive service ensured that everything was seamless. For our last night, we decided to upgrade to an Ocean Pool Villa, a decision that only enhanced our already magical experience. The FO team assisted us in arranging a late checkout, and Sharmila, who had been in touch with us throughout our stay via email, made sure every detail was taken care of with precision and care. To celebrate our early anniversary, we returned to Open Souq, where the team went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable. On our final morning, we indulged in the floating breakfast experience, something my wife had always wanted to try. Hussain (if not mistaken) provided a detailed briefing, making it all the more special. Throughout our stay, we were privileged to interact with F&B Manager Ismail, whose exceptional leadership and passion for guest experience were evident in every interaction. He fostered strong relationships with both guests and his team, creating an environment where everyone felt a true sense of belonging. Finally, we must extend our deepest gratitude to Miraz, who assisted us with our luggage and every little request with kindness and professionalism. Even one of the security gentlemen brought the Snorkeling glasses which I lost in the reef area truly FIRST CLASS!
