Absolutely shocking experience. Didn’t even rectify the fact the rooms had no tv, and dirty bedding asked for a breakfast in the morning and didn’t get sorted. So don’t ever come here

We’ve reviewed our records and have been unable to locate a booking under "Spinnings" or anything similar so I'm afraid I am unable to comment directly about your visit to the hotel. For clarity, all of our rooms are equipped with televisions, (we had one issue with a TV in the last month which the guest confirmed was user error 2 minutes after reporting the issue so are not aware of any not working). Breakfast is served daily as advertised and can be added to a Room Only booking if required. We take the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms very seriously, and I’m sorry to read your comments suggest otherwise. Kind regards Damian Kaye General Manager

Lovely welcome, very clean and comfortable stay. Well decorated and presented room. Great shower & accessories. Extremely nice big bed.

Just arrived from Scotland and stopped at this place for a rest before heading to Cornwall after paying for the room I was told there was just a car park fee to pay £10 for the night ! Absolutely ridiculous nothing a bunch of robbing hypocrites. It’s my fault I could have parked on the road for the night but never mind at least I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone. Stay somewhere else where you don’t have to pay for parking when you paid for a room. Also I booked a double not twins 😡

Our policy includes a charge for parking which is listed on the various sites we sell through so I'm sorry if you were not aware of this when you booked - on some third party sites we are restricted on how the charge is listed but do ensure it is a clearly displayed as possible. Came to catch up with a friend from abroad. Very welcoming. Josh the hotel manage was fantastic and friendly. Spohia the waitress was incredible. Room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely will be returning again Keep up the good work guys
