Dear Jiuhua, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the invoice. We would like to kindly clarify that the invoice was issued on our side as expected. However, due to an unnoticed system error, the correct sending of the invoice on that day did not go through successfully. Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation – it was in no way intentional, but the result of a technical system issue that we unfortunately did not detect in time. We would also like to inform you that the invoice has now been resent to the email address provided. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
