Very prompt issue solver in retrieving my black backpack :)

Would like to strongly commend the hotel staffs in Pullman Miri. I have checked out, and was on my way to Miri airport. Upon reaching the airport, I suddenly recalled that I have left my black backpack at the hotel, and hence I immediately called the hotel to check whether my backpack was still left in the hotel, and they quickly went to identify and locate my bag and were quick to resolve it. On that note, I only had 1 hour before my boarding gate closes, and I had to go back and forth to the hotel to retrieve it within 1-hour. Once I have reached back the hotel, the staffs were very professional and quickly handed my bag back to me in the original state. Hence, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to them, and please commend them for their decent work, especially their warmest sincerity in serving the hotel residents to their best of ability - and that's worth remembering.

Great location away from main the main nightlife however, not too far away. You could easily walk or get a taxi. Modern facilities with a great pool and gym The stuff was very helpful throughout this day Rooms was immaculate Exceptionally priced

Das Pullmann ist ein riesiger Kasten mit entsprechendem Ambiente, was nicht negativ heißen soll. Moderne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und wie immer freundliches Personal. Wenn man ein Zimmer in einem höheren Flur hat, genießt man eine schöne Aussicht. Für eine Nacht eine gute Alternative.

Upscale que é um luxo acessível. Relação qualidade / preço insuperável. Localizado diante de mar e rio, infinity pool também para desfrutar disso, além de jacuzzi e saunas. Quarto requintado, chuveiro também com vistas. TV até com acesso a PL em directo. Pequeno almoço espectacular, da sala à oferta da mais variada, onde até se encontra queijo e fiambre que é raríssimo no SE asiático...

Conforto com simples bom gosto. Tudo perfeito. Vista estupenda. Piscina infinity pool. Sauna, hammam, jacuzzi. Peq almoço até tinha queijo fatiado disponível, o que não encontrei nos outros hotéis Accor de Malaca a Singapura e Bangkok. Para um ocidental é elemento essencial. Quarto com tudo, inclusive jornal da manhã. Simpatia dos funcionários. Limpeza impecável.
