Best hotel in Miri. The hotel located in a great location, with easy parking, nice services, beautiful views and nice comfy rooms but with an exception of the breakfast, where there's still room for improvement. Breakfast could be improved on the variety and the taste, it doesn't reflect to the new high price per person. Overall, I do enjoy staying here.

A stay left much to be desired.

Not my first stay as it has always been my hotel of choice whenever I am in Miri. However, it was my first time encountering a room screw-up by the hotel. I arrived very early on the 20th, and though chances were slim to none (even though I had indicated my arrival time at the point of booking), tried to check in that morning. I was informed that the room was not ready and was told to return after 1400h (standard check-in time). I was okay with that, but decided to secure the room by making payment first. Upon returning to the hotel around 1445h, I was informed that the room was not ready, and if I was okay with it, they did have a room available but it was not one that I had paid for - they tried to give me a room with a city view instead of one with the sea view (which was of a higher price point). After almost 10 minutes of stalling, only then did they offered me an "upgrade" to a suite with a sea view. Aside from this, the condition of the room also left much to be desired. For a "suite", there were stains on the walls and debris on the floor. I am not sure if housekeeping did do a thorough cleaning or just the bare minimum. This was frustrating to encounter as the Pullman brand is supposed to be a premium brand of the Accor Group. I hope that this was a once-off issue.

services from the staff is exceptional. shout out to Mina who served with great personality and the food was so nice . Front Desk staff (fiza and balqis) also giving the warm welcome that evening . hope next visit will be more memorable and visit again soon kudos!

I had to stay here for 8 days on business whilst waiting for a work visa to process and had a great stay. The facilities are excellent, with a lovely “infinity” pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna etc. An air-conditioned gym and massage services. The choice you get for breakfast is amazing - I had a fresh custom-made omelette most mornings, always plenty to choose from, both hot or cold. The only negative would be the drinks prices, which are comparable with UK city prices. The he local bars nearby are cheaper. However, the bar staff make great cocktails! The staff are all friendly, room was always cleaned well, room WiFi is fast - I had no problem streaming UK channels with my firestick connected to the room TV. Andy the manager is always striving for excellent service, which was more than met, especially the evening he gave me free food to taste and we went out for drinks :) Overall I’m more than happy to visit again.

Not 5 star hotel experince like in KL & Spore.

Chinese woman working at counter during check in look so serious & have not welcoming attitude. im suprised the pullman hotel is not the same like in KL & singapore. Btw only the bellboy are smilling & helpful. During check out ,malay male staff was nice & friendly. Apologies didnt get their names. Room was okay, have a nice view & breakfast have several options but some the foods were spicy. Overall it was okay & thinking want to try other hotel like marriot hotel next time.
