A great hotel to stay in comfort. Nice views from the room. Large lobby area to rest after street walk. Friendly staff. Location-wise, it is a bit far from most food outlets except for a few restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel. Room cleaning service crew need to improve.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights in an executive room. Check in was smooth and the lady at reception was courteous and efficient. Room was clean and airy. Quite a large space with a good view overlooking the golf course / sea. There is not wardrobe in the room, just a hanging space. So be prepared to life out of your suitcase. Tea/coffee etc. provided. Restaurant on the ground floor is spacious and clean. I had breakfast on my package so did try that out on both days. The quality of some items on offer needs improvement. For example, the cook poached an egg and placed it on a soggy (untoasted) slice of bread. No hollandaise sauce available. Coffee machines were not fully functional on both days. Staff were trying their best, but hotel leadership intervention is needed here. Did try the gym. Not the biggest for a hotel of its rating, but well equipped and all equipment was fully functional. Internet connectivity was very good. The hotel has a car park with ample spaces available. On the whole a good stay and I would stay there again.

Nice hotel with nice sea and city view

Had booked 6 rooms with executive lounge accesses for my group. 3 of our rooms were upgraded and appreciate the kind gesture by the hotel. Breakfast in lounge was ok. Cocktail hours in the evening was very disappointing. Only serve Anchor beer and one type of red wine as informed by the lounge staff (only 1). On the last evening we went to the lounge, there's no more beer for cocktail hours...somewhat feels cheated. Excuses were there was no delivery of beer during Hari Raya period. But we managed to drink at the Ape bar at lobby, at a cost of coz. Why the beer cannot even be obtained from there for cocktail hours? I feels that is becoz of the number of guests during breakfast and evening cocktail, the lounge is understaffed. Only 1 staff serving so many guests. Especially when the hotel knows there's a group like us coming in. Breakfast in Lobby is wonderful. Staff could be more active in clearing plates though. Rooms were great. Everything in rooms are good. Ape bar also one staff serving. Would be good to have an assistant during night time, maybe. Check in was great. Nice staff and very attentive to our request and details. Appreciated the extended check out time given our late flight back Gym is huge and swimming pool bar staff is excellent. Water in main polls seems abit cloudy at most time. Jacuzzi at pool area with broken light under water posed a danger to users. Sharp edge protruded out from the broken lamp and almost cut my feet.

Das Pullmann ist ein riesiger Kasten mit entsprechendem Ambiente, was nicht negativ heißen soll. Moderne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und wie immer freundliches Personal. Wenn man ein Zimmer in einem höheren Flur hat, genießt man eine schöne Aussicht. Für eine Nacht eine gute Alternative.
