Comfort room and friendly staff, example they trying to help me making the reservation for the restaurant. View from the room is very attractive. The hotel also nearby the attractive point for autumn in Sapporo. About the breakfast, they’re a lot of choice. The ramen is tasting good. And the buta don is delicious.

Great hotel and location. Staff patiently explained the amenities of hotel clearly. Given High floor Triple single beds room. Spacious and clean. Lawson beside the lobby. Microwave at lobby. As ALL member, free welcome drinks and late check out. Few minutes walk to Nakajima Park, great park with Autumn 🍁🍁. Will stay this hotel in my other season visits.

Different from most of Ibis Style, much more room space and excellent location, right next to Nakajima Park and subway, a walking distance to Susukino district and fish market. Room clean with coffee maker plus free WiFi. Breakfast Japanese and western style options, also possible to ask chef for omelet or egg, ver flexible (unusual in Japan)! All the staffs from front desk to restaurant very helpful and courters. Highly recommended.

This is my forth time to stay in Ibis Sapporo. Definitely the best choice if you are looking for big and comfortable room! It was surprised to be upgraded with breakfast, welcome drinks and snack! The location is good, not far from Main Street, many restaurant and Lawson in downstairs! The service is outstanding, the staff are professional! I will be back!

The airport bus that we took didn’t stop at Nakajima Park bus stop (which is nearer) on the Thursday that we arrived in Sapporo, instead we alighted in Susukino and managed to grab our dinner before walking about 1km to the hotel. Our triple-bed room was spacious and clean. The basin, mirrors and work desk were all so low so we had to bend down when using. The hotel is just a short 3-minute walk to Nakajima Park and Nakajima Park Subway in 1 direction, while walking to Susukino is in another. Many F&B outlets are nearby, just like convenience stores. Diagonally across is the Vessel Inn Hotel which I hear much hype about but I think Ibis Styles is just as good in terms of location.
