Another fantastic overnight stay. Room was immaculate on arrival. Check in was a breeze. No road noise or from rooms next door. Restaurant had plenty of food options and there are other places for a quick bite next door. Shower was great. This is a great overnight stop for road trips

Have to say this Motel was above expectations Spacious room Spotlessly clean extremely well equipped with everything you need. buffet breakfast was delicious. and best of all the price was fantastic. would definitely stop in here again. well done

My family and I have stayed in Mercure Goulburn many times. A reliable hotel indeed. Generally good service. Nice breakfast. Located next to the Big Merino.

Annoyed the restaurant was closed with no advice on website, not on Accor!

The accommodation is satisfactory, good size room and bathroom, good parking, no complaints except the toilet seat grotty and dated, needs to be replaced, it was awful, otherwise we enjoyed our stay but disappointed the restaurant was not open for an evening meal. The hotel is just a tad out of the main business strip and after a long drive didn't feel like driving back into town as suggested by hotel reception staff. Annoyed the restaurant was closed and staff comments "it closes every year at this time, staff need to take a Christmas break" Closing is far from satisfactory for an Accor hotel, no advice on the website of its closing, noted other people turned away as well, with the amount of people staying the night we were there, it would have been very lucrative to open. Anyway that's the way it was! Restaurant was open for breakfast next morning and the buffet well catered for, enjoyed thoroughly. What did we have for our evening meal last night you may ask? cant believe it, Maccas, next door!!!!!

Stayed here recently. The room was clean and well equipped. Hairdryer, aircon, big towels, mini fridge. The let down was the abhorrent public toilet type toilet paper strips. What on Earth - especially for a Mercure property! The restaurant was FANTASTIC though and if it weren't for the restaurant I would have given a star less simply due to the toilet paper. Trappers Bakery is also across the road and worth a visit. KFC, servo, subway and Oliver's (I think it was called) also across the road. Can be a little bit noisy particularly during the day due to the traffic nearby.
