Arrivati il 4 Maggio alle 11.00, ci ha “accolto” la ragazza alla reception in modo inusuale, quasi come se dessimo fastidio. Ci ha detto di tornare alle 14.00 perché le camere non erano pronte. Alle 14.00 ci siamo ripresentati e questa volta un gentile ragazzo ci ha dato però una sola camera, poiché la suite era in pulizia e ci avrebbe chiamato in camera dopo 30 minuti. Così siamo andati tutti e 4 nella stessa camera ed abbiamo aspettato la chiamata che ci avvisava che la suite sarebbe stata pronta in 2 ore. Delusi per non poter organizzarci a modo, abbiamo deciso di andare in visita ed al nostro ritorno alle 20, la camera finalmente era pronta.

While our official check-in time is 2:00 PM, waiting until 8:00 PM for a room to be ready is unacceptable. Hotel moderno, con camere molto grandi, dotate di tavolinetto e poltrone. Location perfetta in quanto accanto a stazione metro linea 13, collegata direttamente alla stazione del bus diretto dall'aeroporto CDG, raggiungibile con meno di 3 euro a tratta inceve delle 14 euro della RER B. Spazioso, pulitissimo, silenzioso, accogliente con Tv molto grande, orientabile e visibile da qualunque parte della camera. Bagno grande, pulito, con doccia perfettamente funzionante e con temperatura regolabile. Unica pecca, il bagno con vetri che non garantiscono la privacy soprattutto se si viaggia con amici e non in famiglia.

Hotel che non ha nulla che vedere con 4*, Sporco scarsa pulizia, Posate per colazione spesso sporchi ,non parliamo per l'organizzazione dei tavoli.. Esperienza deludente.

Hotel veramente a due passi dalla metro, molto comodo anche per chi desidera solo pernottare. Pulito e ordinato. A pochissimi metri di distanza, sulla destra, rispetto all'entrata c'è una boulangerie, dove poter consumare la colazione sul posto, per coloro che non volesse scegliere la prima colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Per essere a Parigi, anche i costi sono più che abbordabili. Personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile, ad ogni ora.
