Regarding your comment about the coffee machine, I would like to gently note that you booked a Classic room category. A coffee machine is not part of the standard amenities for this room type; instead, we provide our guests with a hospitality tray including soluble coffee and tea, which were available in your room. Your feedback regarding the comfort of the bed was also quite surprising to us, as our bedding usually receives excellent reviews from our guests. It is particularly regrettable that these issues, along with your disappointment regarding breakfast, were not mentioned to our reception team at checkout. Our staff is available 24/7 to step in immediately, check room amenities, or find an on-the-spot solution to ensure you leave with a positive impression.
