Beautiful hotel with all services available beautiful roof pool we had the apartment of 64 sqm with kitchen, washing machine double bed very friendly staff in a few minutes you reach Abu dhabi mall and supermarkets by taxi you can easily reach all the attractions

This hotel offers good value for money. It is not 5 stars, but then it doesn't charge 5 stars room rates. The room I had was a King Studio. It was large with a kitchenette: microwave oven, a cook top , a refrigerator (that worked well) and a kettle which did not work properly. It turned itself off when the water was warm, never hot. I tried this 3 times, always with the same result. I did not mention this to staff when I left as I was in a rush. I suggest they replace the kettle. Breakfast is not 5 stars, but you will not leave hungry. There are pastries, cereals, juices, cheeses, an egg station (for omelettes etc) and a variety of hot dishes: chicken livers, hot minced corned beef, fried fish etc The hotel is located near many barbers, supermarkets, printers and small Indian, Paki and Banglzdeshi eateries (often called "cafeterias"). Staff are in the main, hardworking and professional. Notably, Evgenia (Russian/Ukranian speaker), a manager or maybe THE manager, was pleasure to deal with as she was always courteous, well informed and on the ball. Once again in my travels I encounter Russian speaking staff who exhibit first class manners and high standards of professionalism. To me, they and Chinese staff, especially in Singapore and HKG are the gold standards in hospitality workers. Not so the young lady who checked me in, Patricia. She did not know the answers to two simple questions. All in all, I would give the hotel 4.5 out of 5.

Amazing hotel, nice facilities like swimming pool, gym. Especially front desk staff were so very helpful and friendly. Personally I would recommend this hotel to spend your holidays.willdefinately stay again

Nos alojamos en una suite para 4 personas. Amplísima y muy confortable, con dos dormitorios, dos baños, living y kitchenette. Limpio y buen gusto. Muy completa. Muy buen desayuno. Amable atención de Winta y Saida en recepción. Cuidado con el conserje si le pides un taxi: te manda a una "limousine" que te quiere cobrar cualquier dinero.Pregunta el valor del viaje antes de sentarte. Los taxistas son una mafia en EAU.

Apartamentos amplios con una habitación y salón con cocina, si viajas con niños te facilitan cuna para ellos, buenas calidades y limpieza, servicio de valet parquin. El alquiler mensual se puede negociar sin mayor problema.
