Dear Mr. c., First of all, I would like to apologize for my late respond. Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. Your loyalty toward Accorhotels is highly appreciated. I am very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations due to the noise at night time by other guests on the floor, making disturbance and uncomfortable feeling for you and Your family. Please note that our security officer visited the guests few time with request to respect hotel`s rules and even the guiding professors were asked to take appropriate action in order to solve the problem. Unfortunately, the problem was solved lately. During your stay, hotel was almost fully booked and there were no so many possibility to accommodate at the same floor with your children in room types that you reserved. Once again I would like to accept my sincere apology. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
