Love the ambience. Love the service. Tiptop service by Mas Sani. The room is spacious for 2 pax. Bedding was ok. Toilet was a tad bit small. But still spotless. Location was very near to everything. Overall, all the staff was very helpful whenever we need anything

Stay here for 2 nights, no check in/out hustle. Great place to stay, clean, near the city. As it keeps raining, I stayed the whole day at the room only to order online foods. And most importantly all the staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I had an excellent stay at Ibis Pontianak City Center! The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax. I particularly loved the view of the beautiful Mujahidin Mosque from the hotel—it added a unique and serene touch to my experience. The breakfast was delightful, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The staff were also outstanding—friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need. Staying at Hotel Ibis Pontianak was our first stay because we travelled for our documenter, first impression when we arrived there is the staff in front liner (receptionist) that they were smiling at us and we felt so welcome, check in faster and our room was comfortable, clean, AC was cold, Television, free wifi to use for work, also private bathroom with complete amenities. when we were going to restaurant, staff there also very nice, food for breakfast was varieties and for me it's delicious, staff like sisilia company me and my husband and asking us about our experience,she was nice (her English also good) and asking details questions and for me it's like caring and we really appreciate it. i just want to say that make sure your rooms already booked include breakfast or if isn't you can request while you are check in at reception because it's cheaper than you pay down at restaurant. Overall we really satisfied while staying there.
