Been staying here for almost a month in a 2 period of time, the room is genuinely comfortable 👍👍 and the hotel is close to everywhere. The staff are very helpfull especially one of the reception named Sani, always help me out when having trouble with direction n got lots of good references. Amaze by the service ❤️

Ibis Pontianak City Centre was a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting much—just needed a clean, convenient place to stay for a few days—and it delivered exactly that. The location is great, right in the middle of the city and close to everything I needed. The room was compact but comfortable, with just the right amount of space for a solo traveler. Clean linens, working AC, hot shower—no complaints. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night despite being in a busy area. One thing that really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, without being overly formal. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were happy to assist when I had a small issue with my room key. The hotel has a simple, modern vibe. Nothing luxurious, but it’s functional and feels well-maintained. If you’re the kind of traveler who values convenience and comfort over extras you probably won’t use, this is a great pick. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Pontianak.

Love the ambience. Love the service. Tiptop service by Mas Sani. The room is spacious for 2 pax. Bedding was ok. Toilet was a tad bit small. But still spotless. Location was very near to everything. Overall, all the staff was very helpful whenever we need anything

Stay here for 2 nights, no check in/out hustle. Great place to stay, clean, near the city. As it keeps raining, I stayed the whole day at the room only to order online foods. And most importantly all the staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you!
