The hotel is excellent and the room is perfect and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is nearby Ayani mega mall and Museum makes this even more convenient for us to walk over for foods and shopping

I absolutely loved my stay! The staff was so welcoming, and the hotel had such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. My room had a great view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

First time in Pontianak. Stayed from 24th to 26th October. Very pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful. Best location in the city. Room and bathroom was clean and well designed. Loved the view. Breakfast was great, a mix of local and western cuisine. Thanks. Lovely city.
