Sad to see this hotel in such decline. The whole place stinks of cigarettes, the rooms are dark and dated and filled with broken doors and bathroom sinks, with dirty windows. The gym is filled with broken equipment. Staff are nice but need training on Accor loyalty tier inclusions, had to beg for mine multiple times.

breakfast was good... love the location which near to the mall and also it has jogging track. room was quite clean and view was good

Room and service was great! Food was good, easy access to mall. I only stay for one night, but it leaves good impression on me.

The AirCon is not cold at all, the bed is old and very hard. Hopefully next time it can be improved even better. The shower is also not like a 4 star hotel
