In our system, you appeared as Silver, and when we accessed your profile, it showed Gold. We deeply regret that your status was not recognized at that moment. Please be assured that there was no intention from our colleague to deny your late check-out. In this case, we were able to provide it until 13:00 instead of 12:00, within what was possible. As Gold members, you always have the option of early check-in or late check-out depending on availability. In your case, early check-in was granted as soon as a room was ready.
