We booked this hotel in an emergency when the road to our other accommodation flooded and had to cancel, and we are so grateful to them for getting us in! The rooms themselves are a smidge tired as is the restaurant and stuff but the staff were without exception lovely and hard-working. The woman in the restaurant who served us both nights was doing a great job while really busy and stayed friendly and patient. The food was good, the pool is very welcome - and in the wet season largely had the whole thing to ourselves! Overall we're very happy to recommend it and really again want to shout out the staff who are managing people coming and going and cancelling or having to request another night if the road is blocked and all cheerfully and patiently. It's worth noting Jabiru is toward the top end of the park and can be a fair drive each day down into it - not a problem but just bear in mind the driving and make sure you have fuel and water and so on.

Our room was lovely a clean, and the staff service was excellent. We had meals at the restaurant for lunch and dinner with lovely meals both times, outstanding staff service especially at dinner time which was very busy! (definitely recommend booking) nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks again, this was our first visit in the wet season and we loved it!

Basic but clean hotel, well suited for the middle of nowhere. Seriously good for travellers to remote cave artwork, billabong and spectacular scenery. The town itself has little in the way of facilities and what was there was closed. Lovely swimming pool and art gallery all supported by nice staff.

This hotel badly needs a make-over!

We were given the very worst room in the crocodiles tail.Right opposite works being done and looking out on to trade car park! It wasawful.To give them some credit we immediately complained and were told that they were trying to keep the ground floor filled rather than go up a floor as it was end of season....We were given a better room but the bathroom was not up to standard. The bar was weird with no atmosphere at all. The dining room like a canteen. Food wasnt the greatest. Service was good with friendly staff. Access to the pool was not easy and getting from the tail to the reception was a mission. Thank goodness it was only for one night.....

Found us a ground floor room as my mum was unable to climb the stairs. It wasn’t until late that evening that we found that the patio door didn’t lock. I managed to secure it with a towel but obviously it wasn’t ideal and didn’t really sleep that night. Staff helpful, food was good.
