Extremely pleasant stay. The lounge had great food and drink variety. The breakfast options were amazing and everything was great. The check in process was extremely smooth. All employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. Yes, I'd stay here again.

Okay hotel. Not that great. Nice location but awkward entrance and exit. Nice coffee shop at the entrance. Did not like the site seeing arrangements by the concierge. They have a nice restaurant at the roof top with a great city view but very limited menu. Swimming pool area is fine but small. The view from the hotel room is very nice. Try and get a room on upper floors.

The most amazing hotel staff.... I want to sincerely thank Sofia Parades Dominguez from Guest Relations and Uriel Aguirre from Bellman Services for recovering my cellular telephone. Prior to my arrival at Sofitel Mexico City Reforma in June 2024, I accidently left my cellphone in an Uber and didn't realize it until I was checking in. Uriel attempted to contact the Uber driver while Sofia contacted Uber directly. Their efforts led to the recovery of my cell phone. This is the kind of service one would receive at this hotel. Highly recommended and many thanks..

I've had the fortune of staying at some of the finest hotels around the world, with renowned establishments like Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, and The Okura. After our weeklong stay at the Sofitel in Mexico City I can confidently say our experience easily ranked in the same tier. Excellent location and modern rooms with great views were a given of course, but the warm attentive service delivered by the staff really made our stay special. Being greeted with a smile and "bonjour" was a stylish cosmopolitan touch! Our room rate also included Club MIllesime access and it was fantastic to have it as our "living room" during quiet hours and pre-airport pockets of time. We'll be back! While I'm not a fan of "Romper Room"-style name inventory I will leave shoutouts to the incredible staff like David and Jany who warmly greeted us upon arrival, and the entire Club Millesime team including Natalia, Laura, and Isaac as they took great care of us. It was an incredible stay, see you again soon.

We booked our stay with Sofitel and the staff were incredible. The most wonderful part of our experience was working with Ernesto who took us to Teotihuacán! He was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We had the best day with him and learned so much. Thank you to the concierge for booking him for us! Next time we need a driver in the city we will absolutely be using him. We cannot recommend him and Sofitel enough.
