Yoko and Aranza were absolutely wonderful servers. I can confidently say that their outstanding service made my stay so memorable. They were very attentive and very kind, always serving us with a smile on their face. They made each and every one of us feel like a special guest

Friendly staff, especially Yoko. Enjoyed my stay here, no issues ♡ Basic rooms but everything you need, I like that the AC is very adjustable too. The actual location of the hotel is great. Stations nearby and a nice local park. Lots of foodie stalls

Yoko was so sweet and very conversational, we had a very rough last night in CDMX so it was a breath of fresh air to sit at her bar and relax. The ibis hotel is beautiful and we will definitely be staying on our next trip, but the bar was the highlight.

The service in the hotel restaurant is really nice especially Yoko our waitress was amazing helpful and welcoming we loved the food she recommended us doesn't matter if we arrived at busy times or when it was quiet.Thanks! We will revisit in the future for sure.

An all you can eat breakfast with a good variety of food (hot and cold, including yoghurt, fruits, freshly baker wafels and different beverages and différent kinds of Breda. ) All of these things with great service and a Big smile from Yoko. .
