Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Personal Attention – Novotel GS Road, Guwahati I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel GS Road, Guwahati, made truly memorable by the outstanding support from the hotel team. A special mention to Ms. Minakshi Pandy, Room Division Manager, for her excellent and proactive support. When I raised an issue regarding delayed responses from different departments, she stepped in immediately, took personal ownership, and ensured close monitoring until everything was resolved smoothly. This level of leadership and customer focus is highly commendable. The breakfast experience was equally delightful. Ms. Mawii at the breakfast area was outstanding attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. She took care of every request with a smile and ensured the taste buds of guests were well looked after. Her service truly elevated the dining experience. Overall, a comfortable stay with professional service and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Novotel GS Road, Guwahati, and look forward to staying here again.
