I recently stayed at Novotel guwahati and attended an event there. The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness throughout. Washroom hygiene and room cleaning were outstanding, and guest amenities were more than sufficient and well replenished . Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel ,and I d like to big shoutout to the housekeeping team , They were extremely courteous, efficient and attentive to every detail.my room was always spotless,well organised,and refreshed on time each day . their professional and positive attitude made a huge difference, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout my stay.kudis to MR Happy kumar and housekeeping team for their hard work and dedication

पुलक एवं स्मिता का कार्य बहुत ही सराहनीय एवं प्रशंसनीय हैं, हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं । यहां पर सब कुछ घर जैसा लगा। रूम का सफाई और व्यवस्था इनके द्वारा बहुत ही अच्छा हुआ और इन दोनो का व्यवहार एवं बातचीत भी बहुत अच्छा लगा।
