Poor dining experience, slack staff who serves stale reheated lachaa parantha to save on money aand yet charge u a bomb!

Rooms are ok but dining services really bad. At buffet, the bowls of dishes of spread regularly become empty and nobody is bothered to refill them unless pointed out. Had a pathetic experience today wherein on ordering Lachha Parantha, I was served with a REHEATED STALE Paranth which I could easily catch due to my foodie nature. Once comfronted the staff, they immediately agreed that it was a reheated parantha on tawa and not fresh out of tandoor. Shame on such a big brand having such cheap tactics and poor hospitality despite charging huge amounts. The room table has old sticky marks of coffee/liquid not cleaned by staff prior check in. Pathetic Experience!!!

The whole experience here was just amazing , Kanshika Made it my stay more comfortable and easy ! The food and hospitality here was just tremendous! He was genuinely helpful for this trip ! Cooperated very well with all my requirements! Big Thanks ! will surely Re Visit again !

We had a wonderful stay in Novotel. Sylsmi, Reshma and chef Joshi and his team does a fantastic job. Thanks team for the lovely gesture❤️ the thank you pastry was awesome.Lovely city and awesome food. My stay has been beautiful and carrying back lovely memories.

पुलक एवं स्मिता का कार्य बहुत ही सराहनीय एवं प्रशंसनीय हैं, हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं । यहां पर सब कुछ घर जैसा लगा। रूम का सफाई और व्यवस्था इनके द्वारा बहुत ही अच्छा हुआ और इन दोनो का व्यवहार एवं बातचीत भी बहुत अच्छा लगा।
