Eğer yastık yatak konusunda hassassanız zorlanacaksınız, yatak yayları sert sırtınız ağrıyarak uyanırsınız, yastıkların eni dar silikon,genelde otellerde olan memory foam yastık istedim olduğunu söylediler, tam 2 saat boyunca 6 defa Operator ı aradım asla getirilmedi, en sonunda yastık yok dediler, kurulan cümle bu...oda numaram görünüyor neden doğru bilgiyi makul sürede bana vermiyorlar, her müşterinin talep ettiği hizmet hakkında doğru bilgilendirilmeye hakkı vardır! 2 saat önemsenmedim, birde üstüne yan odada fransızca şarkılar açıp anırarak bağıran duvarlara çarpan yada vuran sarhoş insanların gürültüsü, gece 23.30 ! 2 defa uyarılmalarını talep ettim,...Uzun yolculuk sonrası dinlenme ümidi ? Sinir harbi? Ciddiye alınmama ? siz ne yapardınız? Bu berbat bir hizmet değilde ne? Sonuç Havludan yastık, ağrı kesici krem yarı oturur uyumaya çalışma

Singapur’a son 2 yılda 2. gelişim. Her seferinde de bu otelde konakladım. Kahvaltı güzel, odalar temiz tek bir sorun var o da resepsiyona ulaşılamıyor. Telefonumu açmaları için yedi veya sekiz kez aramam gerekiyor. Açıklamaları ise grup check-in ve out yoğunluğu olduğu. Yani acil bir durum olsa, başıma bir şey gelse aradığımda telefonu açacak kimse yoktu. Aradığım saatler öğleden sonra 15:45 ve sabah 05:10 :) her seferinde aynı şey. Komik. Eğer söyledikleri doğruysa gerçekten yoğunlarsa otel yönetiminin ivedilikle bir santral görevlisi işe alması gerekiyor. Resepsiyon görevleri telefonlara yetişemiyorlar ise yalnızca telefonlara bakacak bir santral görevlisi şart. Bu önemli bir konu.
