Had a great experience at the bar and Restaurant at Pullman Brisbane Airport. The barman Sam and Maître d Markus were both friendly, attentive, and genuinely knew their stuff. Drinks were made perfectly, service was quick without feeling rushed, and they both had a great attitude that made the whole stop feel relaxed and welcoming. Excellent service.

Wonderful experience from the time we walked into in! The youngsters people running the hotel have an energy that’s so palpable it makes you smile! We highly recommend this hotel! No wonder it won Best airport hotel so many years in a row! Bravo!

Allocated room 901, which had two Queen-size beds. Guests included 2 adults + a toddler. Stayed one night from 25/01 to 26/01 Likes: - Modern and clean - Room was spacious, clean and modern. Offered views of the airport - Amenities included coffee pod machine, kettle, AC and a television - Bathroom was excellent. Amenity kit provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash - Conveniently located 5-7 minute walk to the domestic airport. Fully accessible for wheelchairs and strollers - Its restaurant served delicious food. We got steak & barramundi for mains + panna cotta and chocolate tart for desserts - Hotel atmosphere was ambient during the day with a business-like atmosphere for dinner Overall, a great place to stay if you have an early-morning flight and don't want to make the 30-minute journey that early from the Brisbane CBD

Pullman d.une médiocrité désolante qui ose se faire passer pour un 5 étoiles….chambre agréable mais bar,restaurant très bas de gamme avec un personnel du même niveau Vraiment pas un bon représentant du groupe Accor

Lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel todo lo que quisiésemos. Nos alojamos de urgencia debido a la cancelación de un vuelo y nos levantamos demasiado temprano. A pesar de ello nos dio tiempo a comprobar el impecable estado de las habitaciones. Alejándonos en una habitación con dos camas dobles el espacio era más que suficiente con un espacio diferenciado para ducha, sanitario y baño. Siendo un hotel de tránsito en el aeropuerto para aprovechar su cercanía es un lujo poder alojarse en él.
