كانت تجربة سيئة وقاموا بإلغاء حجزي قبل وصولي بربع ساعة ولن أكررها ولا يمكن لأن ذلك شيء مهين وأرجوا من الادارة ان تقوم بعمل دورات تدريبية لبعض موظفي الاستقبال في مجال التعامل مع العملاء

لا يوجد خصوصية تفاجئت بدخول عامل تنظيف الغرف وانا بداخلها علما لم أطلب التنظيف رائحه كريهه جدا في المواقف الارضيه (لا تطاق) تعامل الاستقبال بطى جدا علما ان حجزي اون لاين استغرق تسليم كرت الغرفه 20 دقيقه علما انه لا يوجد زحمه ارجو متابعة الملاحظات خاصة في المواقف الارضية

للأسف لم استمتع بإقامة ولا انصح بزيارته اطلاقا { المكيف لا يعمل ، دورات المياه لا يوجد بها شبشب ولا أدوات حلاقة ولا فرشاة أسنان، طاولة الكي تم سحبها من الغرف واصبحت غير متوفرة } يبدو أن الفندق أصبح يرفع السعر ويجرد الغرف من بعض الخدمات ، تجربة سيئة لن تتكرر إطلاقا .. 😟

للأسف الفندق من سي إلى اسواء اليوم عندي حجز عن طريق Agoda والحجز مدفوع من قبل الوصول بيومين وقت ماوصل للأسف مدير الفندق المناوب اسمه علي ماعنده اي أسلوب للتعامل كانه مسكني على حسابه يقول مافي إلا غرف مدخنين وهذه متاحه تبغاها والا بكيفك للاسف فندق كهذا يكون عنده مدير مناوب زي هذه الأشكال تطلع الفندق بمظهر سي امام الزوار نصيحه إذا في خيارات غير هذا الفزع انصحكم بها والله لانه الأسلوب ولا احترام
