اخذ غرفة لمدة يوم واحد وبصراحه الفندق جيد والاستقبال تعاملهم ممتاز وتسجيل الدخول والخروج كان سريع وسلس يوجد مواقف دورين والمساحه فيها كبيره وكافيه لجميع انواع السيارات وتقع خلف الفندق مباشرة الغرفة نظيفه لاكن الفرش يبدوا انه قديم ويحتاج تجديد اسعار منيو الطعام مبالغ فيه قليلا

J’avais réservé une nuit du 12 au 13 Janvier 2026. J’avais fourni les références Carte Bancaire pour sécuriser la réservation car mon vol arrivait à 1h00 du matin à Jeddah. Le 12 Janvier, j’ai reçu un Whatsapp et un email pour me demander de confirmer et j’ai répondu positivement. MAIS….. arrivé à l’hôtel à 2h00 du matin, ma réservation avait été annulée par l’hôtel. Hotel complet. Et pourtant je suis gold du programme Accor. Imaginez-vous à 2h00 du matin dans une ville que vous ne connaissez pas.

시스탬이 매일 다운되어 호텔 키가 작동하지 않음. 매번 키를 다시 셋업하려 내려 갔다가 올라가느 불편함에 하우스 키퍼에게 문의를 해도 절대로 열어주지 않으며 프론트에 전화를 해도 받지 않아서 너무 짜증이 났음. 프론데스크에서 일하는 사람들은 너무 느리고 줄을 서서 한참을 기다려야 키 셋업 가능. 사람들은 친절하지만 프론데스크에 도와주는 사람들이 많이 없고 느려서 도움이 되지는 않다. 조식당은 음식도 많고 먹을만한데 자꾸 좋은 리뷰를 해달라고 요청 해서 그것도 너무 불편했음 리뷰란 부탁이 아닌 정말 친절함을 느겼을때 가능한것 !!!

كانت تجربة سيئة وقاموا بإلغاء حجزي قبل وصولي بربع ساعة ولن أكررها ولا يمكن لأن ذلك شيء مهين وأرجوا من الادارة ان تقوم بعمل دورات تدريبية لبعض موظفي الاستقبال في مجال التعامل مع العملاء
