The hotel can be reached by tram (4 stops) or foot (16 minutes) from the railway station. It's a wee bit downhill but nothing serious. The location is superb. You are across the bridge from the old town square, and around the corner from the shopping district. The staff were lovely on check in and check out. I should have asked, as I like to keep a record of my stay, but I just received a receipt. The lift is small, but I did not encounter any jams. There might be another one, but I didn't need to ask. My room looked over the Opera. The soundproofing is very good, and I left the windows open anyway, so it can't be too bad on the 4th floor. The room was spotless. I slept like a log. Some of the towels felt brand new, which is always a pleasure. There is a terrace with glorious views on the 4th floor. Service is seasonal, but the views aren't.

The location is pretty good, it's an easy walk to the main square! The sauna is free, but you need to inform them ahead of time so that they can ensure that it's turned on. We requested it on Saturday evening, but they never turned it on, so we had to wait an additional hour. The shower was decent, but the it drained slow, but I informed the front desk and it was fixed by the next morning. The wi-fi in the room was spotty, and would drop several times in the evening. The bartender made an excellent Mojito!

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the town. Staff were really lovely and always willing to help in any way. The only problem is to many mirrors. You really can bump into yourself on every corner, lol 😆.. scared myself a couple of times. Breakfast is nice, but one day was cold, but please don't let that put you off. Such a choice 👌. Town ! City beautiful. Lovely restaurant ' so so clean outstanding 👏. Cheep 'a must for a couple of days away . 5 star
