Maciek Rodziny - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Pojechaliśmy do Rygi autem. Pierwszą rzeczą jaka nas zaskoczyla to system parkingowy. Każdy wyjazd z parkingu to aktywacja QR kody na bilecie. Jakiś koszmar. Codzienne stanie w kolejce bo jest tylko jedna osoba na recepcji. Kto to wymyślił powinien zostać szefem sieci. To nie byle jaki umysł, trzeba to wykorzystać. Kolejne zaskoczenie to kaucja w kwocie 50€ pobierana po przyjeździe i rozliczana po wyjeździe. Jeśli hotel boi się zniszczeń lub kradzieży powinien to rozwiązać inaczej. Ja byłem i jestem tym zaskoczony. A poza tym śniadania ubogie i monotonne. Obsługa leniwa i powolna. Po 9 rano już prawie wszystko wyczyszczone i nie uzupełniane. Pokój zimny. Nie dogrzany. Ogólnie słabo jak na sieć Accor i markę Mercure. Ja jestem zawiedziony poziomem usługi.

Good location, city center. Do not use any gift cards with special offers like "vacation with spa for two" in this place. Spa - two miniature baths. (The steam sauna has a strong mold smell) Jacuzzi - "bath" with ice water. Dinner is a separate topic. First of all, they mixed up the dishes. "Special menu" - cheap pasta with chicken or salmon, oversalted soup (very similar to the ready-made version from the store, because it is impossible to eat meatballs in it. I'm not even sure that there is meat in them.) and dessert - by the way, a very tasty cake. The room is clean, but very small. Champagne was prepared for us, and a welcome letter was addressed to a completely different person. The view from the window is an inner courtyard and an old house. The air conditioner did not work. (Judging by the reviews of many guests - it never works). To the question: How long does the staff at the reception desk work, the answer was given in a rude and dismissive manner (blonde girl). That same evening after “dinner” we decided to move

If you were looking for privacy, you could have paid an additional fee for this service at the front desk during check-in. Alternatively, you could have contacted us in advance, and we would have been happy to provide you with a complimentary welcome treat. Anonimowo Pobyt służbowy - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Olbrzymie kolejki do recepcji - w godzinach wieczornych czas oczekiwania około 45 minut. Problemy z parkingiem - brak miejsc, mimo rezerwacji miejsca przez stronę Accor przy rezerwacji, zaskoczenie pobieraniem "kaucji" 50 EUR od pokoju mimo braku informacji przy rezerwacji przez Accor. Jeden pokój bardzo zniszczony - ślady włamania do pokoju i do łazienki, wiele drobnych uszkodzeń. Kolejny pokój - śmieci pod łóżkami, zużyte skarpetki, pleśń w łazience. Bar zamykany około 20:00, mimo deklaracji, że jest otwarty do 22:00. W recepcji jedna osoba w godzinach wysokiego ruchu. Problemy z wystawieniem faktur. Personel nie zaangażowany i nie znający słowa "przepraszam".
