El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, camas confortables. Desayuno buffet y cena, no muy amplio pero lo necesario. Muy céntrico, puedes recorrer a ciudad y los sitios de interés a pie. Desde la planta 7 que tuve la habitación hay buenas vistas, la habitación debajo de la M del cartel . Muy cerca del Hotel Radisson que tiene bar restaurante en la planta 26 con unas vistas panorámicas a toda la ciudad. Riga es una ciudad muy dinámica y bulliciosa, nada que ver con Vilnius. Me gustó la ciudad y el Hotel Mercure. Recomendable

Hotel bastante normal con cosas par mejorar, especialmente el buffet del desayuno

Teni reserva con apo All Accor , decia que estaba paga reserva (esa y otra de otro hotel), no fue satisfactorio el modo de decirmelo incluso antes de hblar con supervisora intentaron cobrarla sin consentimiento. Tengo que reclamar al banco tmb porque l hice con 6 meses de antelacion. El recepcionista de la madrugada check out fue genial incluso resolvio error del anterior que me hizo dejar un deposito cadh de €50 por si consumia algo en habitacion (mala experiencia , jamas en un hotel 4 estrellas me hicieron eso), no lo recomendaria

Hotel con ubicación muy céntrica. Muy buenas habitaciones y servicios. Limpieza y buen servicio. El bufet de jason cenas algo escaso y repetitivo. Idiomas Leton e Inglés, pero te haces entender. En general, recomendable sin duda, máxime por la accesibilidad a la zona céntrica.
