Stylish hotel, but the little room they gave me was like being on a sinking cruise ship cabin. Bed too soft, towel (1 towel) was ripped, AC didn't work and just weirdly tiny. Staff was great, but this room should not exist.

The hotel is average but the room was poor. Beds are too low. We asked for 2 extra pillows which never came. No milk available with the tea/coffee in room. Air conditioning was a waste of time, so room extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had a room that had disabled adaptations in the bathroom, so the toilet was too high. Breakfast was average, good cold choice but hot food not the best. Glad we only stayed 2 nights, that was enough!

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly but the thing that really matters is a good night sleep and a shower the next day which is an huge fail. The bedding is cheap and extremities uncomfortable and the shower temperature will change itself from boiling hot to freezing cold every 10 seconds or so.

Ibis in Nowy Sacz is a comfortable and well-managed hotel. The service is exceptionally professional and nice.The hotel is located a few minutes by car from the city center and you will need a taxi to go there.

first time to stay here and it was very good. room was nice and big, large tv and comfortable bed. choose this hotel due to location and stayed for four nights. In front of hotel have free parking, was good for me. Also breakfast was nice and many choices.
