Congratulations on obtaining one star, which reflects the level of hotel service, and specifically the reception staff. I asked about parking twice and was informed that in my case it was subject to an additional fee. I didn't use it, and yet the parking was added to the invoice. The staff was unable to inform me that parking was included in the reservation, even though the information was displayed in my reservation. However, what convinced me to give such a low review was the dubious pleasure of talking to the staff. Once again, congratulations to Ibis Styles for its customer-friendly approach and winning one star.

Stylish hotel, but the little room they gave me was like being on a sinking cruise ship cabin. Bed too soft, towel (1 towel) was ripped, AC didn't work and just weirdly tiny. Staff was great, but this room should not exist.

The hotel is average but the room was poor. Beds are too low. We asked for 2 extra pillows which never came. No milk available with the tea/coffee in room. Air conditioning was a waste of time, so room extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had a room that had disabled adaptations in the bathroom, so the toilet was too high. Breakfast was average, good cold choice but hot food not the best. Glad we only stayed 2 nights, that was enough!

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly but the thing that really matters is a good night sleep and a shower the next day which is an huge fail. The bedding is cheap and extremities uncomfortable and the shower temperature will change itself from boiling hot to freezing cold every 10 seconds or so.
