It’s bad

After 9 hrs in a car from São Paulo we finally reached Blumenau with 4 tired kids. We had informed the hotel that we also brought a dog, wich was allowed. However, first hotel ever refused us to have a room due to that we did not bring proof of vaccinations. Of course the dog is vaccinated, but there was not info about that what so ever. So the vaccination paper was not with us. Not easy to find a new hotel in the evening for six people... No flexibility at all. It’s bad 😡
